5.FAQ

We have organized several common questions for our clients, may help you sincerely:

①How about your company?

Hangzhou tianyu light co., LTD. (AmpleSun) is a professional engaged in amorphous silicon and microcrystalline silicon thin film solar cell components
Internationalization of research and development, production, sale and service of high-tech enterprises, is a good example of the emerging industries. The company was founded in early 2008, the project total investment 2.2 billion yuan, a total of the four production lines.
The thin film solar cell production line with annual capacity of 25 mw, has been built 40000 square meters of modern factory and production, the world's leading production line imported from Japan, has a high production efficiency and automation
Degree.By the end of 2011, as the production process from the amorphous silicon to the upgrading of microcrystalline silicon, the four lines of output will increase to 120 mw.

②How to guarantee the quality of the products?

Tianyu light first-class production facilities and raw materials, the internationalization of r&d and design team,
Efficient management model is to provide quality and reliable solar photovoltaic products and energy systems solutions,
In order to meet the growing global demand for energy.

Q:If you want to instal solar panels...how often do you have to replace them?
My panels came with a 25 year warranty. I will have to replace the converter ($000) at some point, 2-5 year mark. I should breakeven within 6 years thanks to great rebates in my area. I've heard that they lose some efficiency over time, but I know people who have had panels for over 0 years and if they have drop off some, it isn't noticable.
Q:Can solar panels increase the value of my property?
Yes, solar panels can increase the value of your property. Installing solar panels can make your property more attractive to potential buyers, as they offer a sustainable and cost-effective energy solution. Additionally, solar panels can help reduce energy bills and provide a steady source of income through excess energy generation, further enhancing the value of your property.
Q:Can solar panels be used in areas with high levels of heatwaves?
Yes, solar panels can be used in areas with high levels of heatwaves. In fact, solar panels often perform better in hot temperatures as they rely on sunlight, not heat, to generate electricity. However, it is important to ensure proper installation and maintenance to mitigate any potential heat-related issues and optimize their performance in such conditions.
Q:For example, If I were powering my house with solar panels, would it be more efficient or effective, (or I guess would I get more energy) out of a day that measured 90 degrees Fahrenheit as opposed to a day that is 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
If you are talking about solar PV (photovoltaic), panels, (these are the solar panels that generate electricity), temperature DOES effect the power output. But it works opposite of your example. They actually work better in cooler temperatures. In other words, you will get more electricity on a cold, sunny day than you will on a warm, sunny day. The difference is not huge. It is a percentage point or two for every ten degrees cooler it is. But it is significant enough that solar system designers like myself need to know the temperature fluctuations in the area we are designing for. I know of a few improperly designed systems that were damaged on sunny winter days. Solar thermal panels (the ones that heat water) do not work this way. A warmer sunny day is usually better, but again, the difference is not huge.
Q:Do solar panels require regular inspections?
Yes, solar panels do require regular inspections to ensure their optimal performance and detect any potential issues or damage that may affect their efficiency.
Q:Can solar panels be installed on a building with historical significance?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on a building with historical significance. However, it is important to consider the preservation of the building's architectural integrity. Careful planning and design are necessary to ensure that the installation of solar panels does not compromise the historical value of the building.
Q:Can solar panels be used to power a hotel?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power a hotel. Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity, which can be used to meet the energy needs of a hotel. By installing a sufficient number of solar panels, a hotel can generate enough power to run its various systems, including lighting, heating, cooling, and other electrical appliances. This not only helps reduce the hotel's reliance on traditional power sources but also lowers operating costs and promotes sustainable energy practices.
Q:Okay, me and my friends are going to fix up an old trailer that's out in the woods, we want something to be able to run small electric appliances off of, but it's to far to run power to. How can we make a good but cheap homemade solar panel that we could plug things into? The trailer is in more of a field so it gets plenty of sunlight! Thanks for any help! :)
you cant make solar panels to generate electricity at home. A LOT of high tech equipment is needed. About the cheapest option is to use solar powered garden lights but that is all you'll get is a bit of light.(Google making solar panels) You should be able to make up a windmill powered generator though (but dont expect much power out of something you can make easily) Do some research yourself
Q:Can solar panels be used to power a public transportation system?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power a public transportation system. Solar energy can be harnessed through photovoltaic panels and converted into electricity to power electric buses, trams, or trains. This renewable energy source can significantly reduce carbon emissions and dependence on fossil fuels in public transportation, making it a more sustainable and environmentally friendly option.
Q:I'm looking at solar panels and I have NO IDEA what this stuff means. They come in catagories of Watts. What does that refer to? If a solar pannel is in the 200-watt catagory, what does that really mean? Will it produce 200 watts an hour, a day, a week, a month, a year?? How many watts of energy does the average house use up in one month? I really wish they would just tell me on the website!! :(0 points!!!!!!!! :D
Watts is a measurement of power which is a combination of Voltage x Amps Example: a 200 Watt panel can produce 6.6 amps at 2 Volts. (200 = 2 x 6.6) If you bought a 24 volt system the same 200 Watts would give you half the amount of amps since the power (watts) is the same. When determining your needs for a solar system there are many factors that have to be taken into account. The amount of power you use will depend on what appliances you have in the house, how much you use them, and how careful you are with vampire loads (A TV or stereo will use some power even when turned off unless you unplug them). The amount of panels you need will also depend on your battery system, amount of sunlight that you have in a day and how many days of reserve power you think you will need based on the weather in your area. If you wanted to completely run your house on solar energy you are looking at an investment of $5,000 - $20,000 or even more. There sometimes are tax incentive depending on where you live that will reduce your overall cost. Some examples of power usage: Toaster : 800-500W Microwave : 600-500W Dishwasher : 200-500W Washing Machine : 500W Vacuum Cleaner : 200-700W Iron : 000W Clothes dryer : 4000W Ceiling Fan : 0-50W Table Fan : 0-25W Electric Blanket : 200W Hair Blow dryer : 000W Electric Shaver : 5W Laptop Computer : 20-50W Desktop Computer : 80-50W TV (9 colour) : 70W Clock radio : W Fridge / Freezer : 500W 25 colour TV : 50W Electric Kettle : 2000W
