From the raw materials selecting, our quality control begin. The quality certificates of raw materials are required and each batch will be tested before using. During production, the quality control is conducted by workers and then each piece will be sorted and examined by quality supervisors.
Q2: What`s the lead time for my order?
A2: It depends on customers’ requirements and our production schedule. And usually we need 30-60 days for refractory bricks, 10-25 days for unshaped refractory materials and 10-20 days for ceramic fiber blankets.
Q3: Can you offer Door-to-Door delivery?
A3: Yes, but only for some countries such as U.S., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Russia, etc.
Q4: What is the minimum quantity?
A4: There is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the item and processing, there may be a minimum production required, however we can offer a quotation based only on the quantity you need.

- If you want to keep the window then secondary glazing can help1) if the window isn't required as a fire escape then you buy a sheet of glass which is thicker than the existing one - 6mm laminated glass is a good option (acoustic laminated is available but pricey)Make a new rebate using, say, 20mm x 20mm wood nailed to the existing rebateThis should be AT LEAST 100mm from the outer glass (200mm would be the most effective)Put an adhesive sponge strip (from a glass merchants) on the rebate first to cushion the glass and form a total sealThen put a second bead to hold the glass in placeMake sure there are absolutely no gaps around the glass and put a sachet of silica gel between the glass to absorb any moisture, 2) If the window is needed as a fire escape then you can purchase sliding, secondary glazing sytems or a simpler plastic frame whic goes round the perimiter of the glass and then is screwed to the window surround, The main thing is to use as thick a glass as possible, make sure there are no cracks or gaps and the glass should be 100 -200 mm from the exisingHope this helps
