Calculation of alumina liner installed in ball mill
1. The number of alumina liners installed on two end walls:
(1) Calculation of the number of straight liners on the end wall: Gf=3.14×r2÷(L1×W)
in the above formula: Gf: the number of straight bricks on the end wall of ball mill
r: the semi-diameter of the end wall of ball mill
W: the width of lining bricks L1: the length of lining bricks
(2) Calculation of number of semi-straight bricks on the end face: GB=D÷W
In the above formula: GB: the number of straight bricks on the end face.
D: the diameter of the end wall W: the width of alumina liner
2． The calculation of number of liner on the round wall.
The total No. of liners: GC=R1×R2 , R1=3.14×D÷W , R2=(L-2h)÷L1,in the formula:
GC: The total number of straight bricks and trapezoidal bricks on the round wall.
