 1.     DESIGN DRAWINGS

The design drawing is the first step we should consider. If you have your own design, we will    recheck it and start production based on it.

If you don’t have design plan, we can achieve it   for you. CNBM is one group, we can provide you not only production and material, but design and drawings. The designing charges will be confirmed according to your project details.

2.     What we need to do the design?

(1).     Project Information, usage, construction area, height, how many storeys

(2).      Weather report and geological for the location district

3.     Production process:

(1).     Confirm design plan.

(2).      Building the mould to confirm the design is correct.

(3).     Mass production, packing and transportation.

(4).     Installation

(5).      After sale service.

4. Packing choice:

(1). We can choose the steel structure to pack the products, its cost is a little higher, but the result is perfect, easy to transfer and load. This packing is designed for accurate production

(2).Bulk packing. This packing is designed for  heavy steel structure, such as beam, pillar, its advantage is cost less and easy to operate.

5. Shipment choice

(1).     Container transportation. We can load the steel structure in the container directly. This choice is available for small project, the total weight of steel  is less than 3000 tons.

(2). Bulk cargo ship. If the total weight of steel structure is more than 3000 tons, we can choose  bulk cargo shipment. This choice is cost less and save time.

6.     Installation choice:

(1).     We send our engineer to guide the  overseas installation . This is available for the small project. We will send 3 to 4 engineer to guide the local workers to achieve the installation. Its advantage is saving installation charges for customer.

(2).     We send our engineers and construction workers together to operate installation. This is better choice for big project. Cost is a little higher, especially for the air tickets, accommodation. However, it will save the time for customers.

Q: To become a real estate agent how much does having a degree help?
You do not need a degree of any kind to become a real estate agent. I am not against any type degree you would want to get. For a real estate broker some states such as California will allow you to take the real estate broker test as oppose to taking the salesman (Real estate agent) test. If you plan to make selling real estate for a living you would have to have continuing education each year or two in order to maintain your license and keep it current. I would lean more toward getting a degree or at least getting a secondary degree in Sales and Marketing. This type of degree would benefit you as most real estate agents fail because they have little or no experience at marketing themselves To get a license in most states you simply need to complete a real estate school so as to be able to pass the required test administered by the state in which you reside. You should google real estate license (Your state) this will bring up several sites that will tell you the state requirements to obtain a real estate license in your state. Once you know the requirements to obtain a license from your state you may at that time make a decision as to what you want to do about getting your degree and what degree you would want. I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck. FIGHT ON
Q: I'm a sophmore in High School, and I'm pretty sure I want to become a Real Estate Agent. 1. What texas college/or out of state college is best for real estate?2. What high school classes should i take now?3. I'm going to do the upper class residental houses; what city? houston?4. Any other tips? Thanks :)
Residential real estate does not require a college degree. In Texas it is about the equivalent of two years of college but a lot of people do it much quicker than that is a private school. I wanted a college degree. I felt like it would help me communicate with clients that have a degree. Almost any state college would have the appropriate classes and would be fine. High school classes would include any classes to do with business. Balancing account books and such. Which city to start working in depends on where you have contacts- where you are most familiar. If you go to U of H maybe you could work at a real estate company in some secretary position or assistant position and see how things work while you are going to school. Being a real estate agent is not a job. You are contract labor and that means that even though you are working at a brokerage company- you are pretty much starting a business. You must be self driven- no one will have a financial interest caring if you succeed or fail.

Q: I've looked online, and I got the general run down of the process. But I couldn't find anything that told me WHERE to take the 63 hour required course, or how to go about doing that. Nothing was very clear. I tried the Florida Department Of Business Professional Regulation like I was told, and that was even worse. I have no idea how I'm supposed to go about doing this. PLEASE help, and be as CLEAR as you can be. Also, links to where to go and all of that would be really appreciated. Thanks.
here are links to take the course online. I think my dad went to a community college or tech school.
Q: I've heard that in their first year that real estate agent's don't make very much and I was wondering if any agents out there can give some advice on whether I should get my license and maybe share their experiences of how their careers started and maybe give some tips to me. Thanks.
I would say it will be the first 3 months or so that can be really tough. You should be able to have at least a closing or 2 in that time. Then from there on in if you work hard you can make an excellent salary in it. Remember the part time agents, and the lazy agents are the ones starving right now because the market is down. The ones who bust their butts, and still hustle hard each day are making a killing. Its all in your personal work ethics, and your drive. Remember you will not have a boss nagging you to go to work everyday, so its easy to let the days slip away. Work hard, stay focused, and you should do OK. You should have no problem hitting 6 figures after your first year.(and at least 50k in that year.) I personally have some issues with this, but I work an average of 40hrs per week, and I make 6 figures consistently. Even in down markets. If you work hard the hours you put in you will see results. Average home in my area is around 250k. Now if you are in an area where they are 600k it will be easier to make big money, and if the average is 100k it will be harder. Bottom line is if you treat it like a business, and not a slacker you can make money RE Agent, Remax
Q: What would I need to do to get into Real Estate Development, would a Real Estate License be enough?
As a real estate Broker and developer myself... obtaining a real estate license only teaches you how to pass the test and nothing about real life in real estate. Your license would open the door to real estate and provide you with an opportunity to meet other agents, builders, and developers whom you could gain exposure to. This is something that takes time (years) and is high risk. If you already know of someone in the field that is willing to show you the ropes... then you are a step up... if not, then you have a long road ahead of you.
Q: can a real estate broker lend money for a home
I the years that I have been in the real estate business...I have not known my Real Estate Brokers to loan money. However, my office does have a lender that works with us and will work with you in qualifying for a mortgage. My lender also fills me in on the latest programs out there. And I can say that there are loans out there now for $100 down to buy your next home:)
Q: I want to get into real estate but I dont know my options. Someone told me I need a license and others say I dont whats the truth? I called a school in my town and they said it will be 595 bucks to take the course for 3 weeks, and whats this about finding a broker that will sponser me for a year? It's begining to get confusing. Whats the best advice for me ...please help I really wanna do this
Real estate laws are state regulated - so each state has their own rules you must follow. You will need to work for a Broker, as a broker is the only one who is allowed to be paid commissions on a sale - you will then be paid by your Broker - less the Broker's cut.
Q: I just graduated college with a bachelor's in marketing and I decided that want to get into real estate as a career. I know I have to get licensed, take pre-licensing courses. However, do I get licensed before I apply to different agencies? Or should I do this while I'm taking the classes, or do these places like to wait until your licensed before they hear from you? Also, does it matter where you go to take these classes? Like, in college, the more prestigious the college the better? Or as long as you get your license, thats all that matters? I know these questions sound completely amateur and I have been doing research over the past few days but, I can't seem to get a straight answer. Thank you!
Here's how you do it: Contact the two or three largest real estate firms in your area. Ask them about their pre-licensing exams. Most will offer them. Try to choose a company you might like to work with. But that's not a requirement. Take the pre-licensing classes in as short a time period as possible. A typical schedule might be two evenings a week and all day Saturday for 3 weeks. Something like that is good. Don't stretch it out over months. Reason: The only reason you're taking the classes is to pass the licensing exam. A lot of what you'll learn will have no real use...but you need to know it. So you cram it into your head. Don't do an online-only program. You'll need to ask questions and get understandable answers. Don't do it at a community college. Those programs take way too long--like 2 hours an evening once a week for 20 weeks. You'll forget most of it before you take your state exam. But it doesn't matter where else. No, it's not like choosing a prestigious college. The only thing--THE ONLY THING--that matters is getting the knowledge necessary to pass the state licensing exam. Once you pass the pre-licensing program, you then take the state licensing test. Once you pass it, you can work with (not for--you'll be an independent contractor) any brokerage you want. It makes sense to seriously consider the one that you took the pre-licensing courses with--but that's not required. As a newbie, look for one that offers continuing education and additional support. You'll get a lower commission, but it's worth it. They won't be interested in you until you get that state-issued license. Your questions are good. However, I don't understand how you could have been doing research for days and not getting a straight answer. That concerns me. Hope that helps.
