1. DESIGN DRAWINGS
The design drawing is the first step we should consider. If you have your own design, we will recheck it and start production based on it.

4. Packing choice:
（1）. We can choose the steel structure to pack the products, its cost is a little higher, but the result is perfect, easy to transfer and load. This packing is designed for accurate production
（2）.Bulk packing. This packing is designed for heavy steel structure, such as beam, pillar, its advantage is cost less and easy to operate.
5. Shipment choice
（1）. Container transportation. We can load the steel structure in the container directly. This choice is available for small project, the total weight of steel is less than 3000 tons.
（2）. Bulk cargo ship. If the total weight of steel structure is more than 3000 tons, we can choose bulk cargo shipment. This choice is cost less and save time.
6. Installation choice:
(1). We send our engineer to guide the overseas installation . This is available for the small project. We will send 3 to 4 engineer to guide the local workers to achieve the installation. Its advantage is saving installation charges for customer.
(2). We send our engineers and construction workers together to operate installation. This is better choice for big project. Cost is a little higher, especially for the air tickets, accommodation. However, it will save the time for customers.

- In our area many of the top brokers have real estate assistants - they do the open houses, paper work , some phone work etc. Varies from broker to broker.....but, it does let you get your feet wet and then you can work towards a license. The salary for a assistant is usually a percentage of the houses closed that you work on/or it could be an hourly wage too.

- Commercial brokers I think earn more, at least they did in the past. But neither job is doing that well in this economy. I kind of think that currently you would do better in the residential sector of the real estate field. I see a LOT of commercial buildings sitting vacant. I live in Seattle and some developer put up a 'glass tower' like two years ago. It's sitting there absolutely vacant (about 40 stories tall). On the same note, developers threw up very many condos around here in downtown Seattle. I can look out my window and see them. Guess what? They are like 95% unoccupied. So-called 'zombie condos'. People are having trouble affording real estate in this recession. (I have a nice apartment across the street from these massive condo buildings. I never see any lights or TVs at night in them when I look out my window - that's why I know that those buildings are for the most part unoccupied). So, five years ago, real estate was kind of a booming business here in the USA, but the bubble burst. It's going to be awhile before it really comes back - I'd estimate ten years, if ever.

- Better idea: (it will save you serious money). Go to a library or bookstore and get books on how to become a real estate agent.

- Real estate agent is a generic term and indicates the job title or description. It can mean either a broker or a salesman. Realtor on the other hand is a trademarked term and can only be used by real estate brokers who are full members of the National Association of Realtors. A real estate broker's license is a state licensing requirement to engage in this profession. A real estate salesman's license allows an individual to work in this profession under the direction and oversight of an employing broker. I hope this helps.

Most of these are profession publications that you will not be able to access unless you are a licensed real estate agent and/or a paid member of the trade organization. This is not all but many I read to stay on top of what is happening so that I add value to the services I provide. I excel in my market and am a source of knowledge for my client base.

I wasn't cut out for it sadly too competitive.. but they help you advertise and give you information on loans and loan agencies. etc Well when you come to the island look up a good lawyer. - Q:I am about to start looking for a real estate salesperson job, but my credit rating is a little sketchy and I'm worried about whether the agencies in NYC tend to do credit checks on their employees. Otherwise, I have no criminal record and can provide good work/personal references. Responses on your company policies re: employee credit checks from those working in Manhattan would be appreciated, however if you're located elsewhere and can tell me about your hiring, it would be welcomed and greatly appreciated as well. - I don't know about Texas; I live and got my real estate license in Virginia. But what you should do is contact one or more major real estate companies near where you are. Many/most will offer licensing courses. They know the topics that must be covered; they know the hours needed to get you qualified to take the test. Many community colleges also offer the courses. One tip: Take a total immersion course. I did it over a 4-week period--three evenings a week and most of each Saturday. If I hadn't had a full-time job, I could have done it in about 10 days. There's a lot of stuff that's covered that just won't stick with you. If you spread the lessons out over, say, 4 months, you just won't remember enough. Also, there are a number of reasonably affordable (something like $69 or so) computer disk review courses. Buy them. They're slick. They really do resemble the actual test. And you can determine your strengths and weaknesses. Hope that helps.
