FAQ

1.    For Glazed Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 8 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1105.92 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers.

Q: would like my cory tile to shine without being slippery. What products work best without streaking like crazy ??
tile okorder ... There is a product called the Bona Hardwood Floor Mop as well... it is a hardwood flooring cleaner but there are other cartridges you can purchase that is a tile flooring cleaner to attach to the mop! I love the Bona! Maybe you'll like it too! I have both cleaners for the Bona, hardwood and tile... they're amazing!
Q: In a professionaly done job, what level of imperfection is acceptable. 12x12 porcellaine tile installed over backerboatd.at least a dozen tiles set either higher, lower, or tilted. Comapny says this is acceptable.
Shoot, I'm just a carpenter and have only done tile as side jobs, and mine have never turned out like that. I'd raise hell with these people.
Q: Have very cheap lino in my kitchen. Am thinking of putting tile down myself.
It'd be better to remove the linoleum, because in order to lay a flat tile floor, you need to put down this stuff called Hardi- backer board, (or any similar product). It comes in big square peices, and is your base layer. Without this layer your tiles would eventually sag, dip, and crack. You'd also have grout problems- sealing, cracking, and curing. You can by the Hardi- backer board at Home Depot or any other similar store. Ask the folks who work there for tips on putting tile down.
Q: I have really old honeycomb tile in my bathroom and it would be extremely difficult to remove it. The surface is pretty flat .Would ceramic tile work best , or something like self stick vinyl tiles?
if it is the falt serface on the floor with the thin tiles with no grout just use leveling agent (lowes) to make the surface flat and level, and that will work perfect. Then u can come back with ur thin set and re tile the floor. using backer boards and such are too $$ and can be avoided as long as the serface is sold and stable.... on the walls hire someone at $8hr and have them tear out the tile in 3-5hrs then come back in the shower with green board and or hardybacker board and re tile it...
Q: how do i start my own tiling business?
You can use some rendering tools to display your products to customers. You can put all your products in the tool and change different tiles in real room. This will help your business
Q: I‘m having a small bathroom remodled. The floor isn‘t perfectly rectangular, there are some uneven areas because of the tub. I would like the opinion of a profession tiler (should there be one put there, somewhere)...should the floor tiles always be centered, or start lined up against a wall? Also, should the grout be completely dry before sealing it? Thanks.
It is extremely rare that any floor is perfectly rectangular. That is why we dry fit the tile before we actually lay it. The idea is to lay it out in such a way that you maximize the size of all border tiles. The larger the border tiles, the less you will notice any variances in the walls. So, sometimes the tile will be centered, sometimes start against a wall, sometimes none of the above. Each job is different. I will give you an example of when you don't want to center your first grout line. When doing so will result in very narrow border tiles. In such a case, the contractor has to come up with a solution Make sense? There are many more scenarios I can think of, but I think you get the point.
Q: I have laminate over plywood right now in a bathroom. I‘d like to peel that off and lay tile down. Do I need the cement board or can I just put the tiles right on the plywood? It would save a lot of time and energy if I can just lay the tiles on the existing wood.
If the laminate isn't peeling you can tile right over that. Sand with coarse sandpaper....clean with TSP.....prime with oil-based kilz-it. Let that dry and start tiling. Don't use a premixed adhesive and grout all in one. It won't stand up to the moisture. Get the correct thinset for the tiles you will be using.
Q: Foreign ceramic tile brand
Italian Brand: Spider, Bee, Douglas Tile, Van Szes Tile, FLOORGRES Tile, Amy Tile, KEOPE Tile, Bardelli (Famous for Films) Spanish Brand: TAU Tile, AB Tile, Yasuoli Tile, AZULEV, MagicoGres UAE Brand: Raja (RAK) Hungarian Brand: Herend But those so-called purely imported ceramic tiles are purely deceptive, most of them are set up in China's production base, with China's raw materials, but the production process is different, strong packaging, good-looking Bale. Think with a stupid, a tiles much more ah, sea, then the risk, high cost, and handling is extremely difficult
Q: Dont judge me, but can i install tile and drywall in a camper, without cracking, chipping, etc.
You'd have to really rigid up the walls if you are going to pull it around much. Is it paneled with wood now? Drywall is going tomake it heavier tool
