- Machines work everyday putting out the same quality of product. Humans can vary everyday with there mood and they could have 3 different shifts come in doing different quality too. Plus when holidays come the humans are off work when the machines are sometimes still running with a skeleton crew operating them. Humans are also more expensive because of wages and benefits and lawsuits when things dont go well for them.

- If it runs on demand, whatever you put down will be correct. Let them prove you wrong! Or you could guestimate how long they are used each day and take the nameplate power rating off the machine, then do the math.
