I myself have Anemia, where the iron in your blood is permanently low, and further intake of iron pills will not ameliorate the situation. Thus, I tend to take shorter breathes, get tired quicker than others, and ultimately am at a disadvantage at an athletic level. Less than 3% of men (my doctor told me this) have Anemia.
