Q:how can i acquire barrel assembly machinery for coffee bean processing?
The okorder /
Q:Machinery was purchased for $51,000 on January 1, 2009. Freight charges amounted to $2,100 and there was a cost of $6,000 for building a foundation and installing the machinery. It is estimated that the machinery will have a $9,000 salvage value at the end of its 5-year useful life. What is the amount of accumulated depreciation at December 31, 2010, if the straight-line method of depreciation is used? $10,020. $8,580. $17,160. $20,040.
$20,040: (51,000+2,100+6,000-9,000) / 5 = 10,020 per year 2009 - 10,020 2010 - 10,020 Total = $20,040
Q:I want to be an engineer who works with microchips and things like that. Are there any small projects and things which I could do at home (spending less than $100-200) just to get a feel for things?

Q:please explain at 1 or 2...or 3. no current experiment please like knockout mice.
1. Griffith: injected mice with R cells mixed with dead S cells to prove bacteria can transform 2. Hershey Chase: used radioactive sulfur and phosphorous to mark proteins and DNA. injected bacteriophages in e li cell and found phosphorous entered cell, proving DNA is genetic material.
Q:can chimpanzees operate heavy machinery?
Likely most any machinery can be adapted to allow most any primate or two year old human or computer to operate, but it would be unwise as occasionally good judgment is required and primates, and two year old humans and computers are quite unpredictable. Neil

Q:I sold $30,000 in business assets(machinery, equipment)this year, how would I claim that on my taxes. would it be considered quot;other incomequot; or quot;capital gainquot;?
I am sure you have depreciated those assets over the years since you put in service, so what you do is: You need dispose them, which means enter sale date, sale price, sales expenses (if you have any) and adjusted basis (cost - accumulated depreciation- current year's depreciation= usually computer does this calculation for you) then you will know if you have gain or loss. You need do this by accessing your depreciation worksheet for each asset. If you haven't depreciated them for over the years, you probably should report those on the Form 4797(not capital assets form Schedule D)- sale of business assets. OK?
