Warranty

provides a 1~3 year limited warranty (“Warranty”) against defects in materials and workmanship for its Uninterruptible power supply, Power inverter/chargers, Solar charge controllers, Battery Products (“Product”).

The term of this Warranty begins on the Product(s) initial purchase date, or the date of receipt of the Product(s) by the end user, whichever is later. This must be indicated on the invoice, bill of sale, and/or warranty registration card submitted to MUST-Solar. This Warranty applies to the original MUST-Solar Product purchaser, and is transferable only if the Product remains installed in the original use location.

FAQ

1.    How do I decide which system is right for me ?

For protection from long outages, include a generator or solar panels in your Must solar system. Shorter outages can be handled by a battery-only system.

2.    Where my system will be installed ?

Must solar systems are usually wall-mounted near a home's main electrical (circuit breaker) panel.

3. How do I install my system ?

A must solar backup inverter is connected to a home electric system , we will supply detailed installation manual and videos for our customers .

Q:im making an energy efficiant house for science class and i need to price the house. im putting solar pannels on the roof and would u please tell me how much they are per like 2 sq. feet of a pannel?
Completely self-efficient and autonomous??? Forget it. Too expensive. It's only worth if you use like 8 lights (2-20w) about 4 hours a day, a fridge, a tv about 4 hours/day and basically nothing else or a few low consume stuff. Forget about microwaves, dryers, or other stuff. Too much watts. And that would cost you no less than 5000-6000$. You need panels (about 4 or 6 20w would suit maybe), 2 batteries (about 600Ah at least), inverter(500w/24v) and a regulator, lets say a 30A one. Just stick to normal energy supply. A single 20w panel may cost about 750$ at least.
Q:How do solar panels impact the aesthetics of a building?
Solar panels can impact the aesthetics of a building in both positive and negative ways. On one hand, when designed and installed properly, solar panels can enhance the overall appearance of a building by giving it a modern and eco-friendly look. Additionally, the sleek and reflective surface of solar panels can add a visually appealing element to the design. On the other hand, some people may find the presence of solar panels on a building to be visually unappealing, especially if they disrupt the architectural harmony or contrast with the surrounding environment. Ultimately, the impact of solar panels on a building's aesthetics is subjective and depends on individual preferences and the integration of the panels into the overall design.
Q:How do solar panels withstand hail or other weather conditions?
Solar panels are designed to be durable and can withstand hail and other weather conditions due to their sturdy construction and protective materials. The panels are made with tempered glass, which is highly resistant to impacts, including hail. Additionally, the panels are built to withstand high winds, heavy snow loads, and extreme temperatures. This ensures that they can endure harsh weather conditions without being damaged, allowing them to continue generating electricity efficiently.
Q:Does the new horizons has a solar panel for it power resources instead using nuclear generator?
No solar panel, and for the reason you stated - it is so far from the Sun that a solar panel would be of little use (and a lot of extra weight) at the distances where the primary part of the mission was being performed. The power source is called an RTG. We can think of it as similar to a nuclear-powered battery or a miniature nuclear power plant. As far as I know it is not intended to reach any other star. If it does, it's power will have long since depleted - and it would take thousands of years at its current speed to reach even the closest star. Closest star: Proxima Centauri, slightly more than 4 light years away. Current speed of New Horizons relative to the Sun: 4.52 km/s That's 0.000048 of the speed of light. It would take more than 20,000 years to reach Proxima Centauri *if* it were heading in that direction (which it is not).
Q:What things can a solar panel power?
What things can moving water power? It just depends on the size and number of panels.
Q:I have a cabin in the woods and need more light. I do have enough sun but I was wondering how or where do I get a solar panel to lead to a power outlet? In a perfect world I would like to get a solar panel with a connecting wire to an outlet or something so I could power a small TV. I know its hard enough but can I get that pre-made? Or even lastly should I look at wind power consider I would like this to be under $500? Thank you for putting up with this bundle of questions.
Wow. I couldn't tell you how much something like that would cost, but I would expect it to be pretty high. I don't think you are going to find a panel out there that is going to pump out enough juice to provide 0ac. It would involve a battery system and a DC to AC power inverter. You would have to let the system charge for a time and then you would be able to use if for a little while.
Q:Can solar panels be installed on mountain huts or lodges?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on mountain huts or lodges. In fact, mountainous regions with ample sunlight can be ideal locations for solar panel installations. These panels can harness the sun's energy and convert it into electricity, providing a sustainable and reliable source of power for the huts or lodges.
Q:3.8 volts is required to fully charge a battery. But at 3.8 volts, the battery can be overcharged without the use of a controller correct? What if I don't care if the battery is fully charged? In the case of our family boat, I just installed a new radio, so I'm a little worried about power consumption. So now for the real question; If I hook a 2 volt panel to the batteries, do I need to worry about overcharging them? Or will the batteries stop the charging process once they reach 2 volt?I built the panel myself, it's 8 volts at 3.5 amps open circuit. I have tabs at every 3 volt increment on the panel so that I can use less voltage than 8 if I want to power something directly, (ex:2 volt radio)So I'm using the 2 volt tab at 3.5 amps(approx) for a total of approx 48 watts
can I use a 2volt .5 amp solar panel on a 2 volt battery in a boat that i use for trolling motor and if I can can I leave it hooked up when using the trolling motor ? Plus how long would it take to charge a half drain battery with this panel??
Q:Which of these units determines how much electric energy a solar panel can generate?
For a particular solar panel, you can't choose between the intensity and the power in terms of which determines the energy produced in a given time, because the two concepts are related. Intensity is the power per unit area. So if you have twice the intensity on a particular panel, solar energy is being delivered at twice the rate. However, if you were to compare two solar panels on which the same light intensity was falling, the panel with greater area would produce electrical energy at a greater rate, as power in intensity times area. In that sense, I'd say that the solar power input determines the electrical power output.
Q:I want to install a solar panel system and our power grid can't work in reverse(so it get its electricity from us). My question is how do you prevent electricity from our panel to go to the grid without disconnecting the grid? How can we also use the grid and the panel at the same time when the panel are not creating enough power?PS dont say ask an electrician
If you are grid-tied, then a standard solar electric system will always feed back into the grid if you are not utilizing more power in your home than is being generated by the solar panels and inverter system. It is possible that a grid isolation device designed to prevent direct back feeding is available, but haven't heard of one in common use. New laws in most areas of the US are now mandating that utilities allow grid-tied alternative energy systems. Double-check you local laws. Sometimes you can't take the utilities word for truth--most will automatically say 'no' and will only relent when you show up with the law in hand. Unfortunately, some utilities have figured out another way to shut down alternative energy pioneers--they demand multimillion dollar insurance policies covering damage that their equipment could sustain from your little PV system. Technically, they are still in compliance with the law, they just make it impossible for a homeowner to meet their requirements. If you are getting the runaround, go to your state representative for help. It's amazing how contrite those utility people can be when a state senator (or even US Senator) has just sent a letter asking them why they are stonewalling a law-abiding and well-meaning citizen. Good luck, and don't give up!
