The JCB 427 is designed to maximize efficiency and, with it, productivity. As such, it’ll save you time, money and a whole lot more. Built using the finest components – a Cummins engine, ZF transmissions and axles, and Rexroth pumps – the 427 will last the distance. And, with 158hp, 408 in3 and a 70 gal/min hydraulic circulation, it’ll perform to the max throughout. It’s all-day comfortable – a comfy operator is, after all, a productive one. It’s also safe, serviceable and, with features like Eco mode and Auto Idle, it’s highly fuel-efficient too.
A QUALITY PROCESS
Finite element analysis and rig testing give the JCB 427 superior structural strength and durability. Cold cell testing guarantees starting performance down to -4F
We use state-of-the-art manufacturing processes like robot machining, precision paint technology and innovative assembly techniques to guarantee the very highest levels of quality for the JCB 427.
The articulation joint on a JCB 427 has a heavy-duty box section – stronger than a single plate with boss. For added protection, the 427's steering rams are high up, and its hoses are routed neatly through the articulation joint.
There's a heavy-duty centre pin and oversized bush on the JCB 427's articulation joint for even more durability, as well as twin taper roller bearings that can tolerate both vertical and horizontal loadings.
The rear counterweight and cast quarter pillars protect the 427's cooling pack and the back end of the machine from damage.
A tilting and telescopic steering column on the JCB 427, plus a comprehensive range of loader controls (multi-lever, joystick, or joystick with proportional auxiliary) means the 427 operator is always comfortable to operate – and therefore productive.
There's a stylish, modern central dash display which provides machine health details, service requirements, operating information and more.
The 427 has air conditioning and automatic climate control options to create perfect working temperatures– as well as a range of seat options..
The selectable loader arm detents mean operators can set loader arm height limitations, return to dig and float functions for improved safety and productivity.
JCB Smoothride load suspension limits shock loadings on the 427, and therefore reduces material spillage and structural stress, as well as increasing operator comfort.
A 3-piece laminated front windshield, interior mirrors, heated exterior mirrors, an optional reverse camera and a sloping rear bonnet give the JCB 427 excellent all-round visibility.
The optional rear-view camera displays an unobstructed rear view on the JCB 427's in-cab colour monitor.
Inclined, equally spaced access steps, together with well-positioned grab handles, make for safe access to a JCB 427.
The JCB 427 has superb all-round visibility, courtesy of interior mirrors, heated exterior mirrors and bonnet mirrors.
Non-slip walkways and additional grab handle options make operators safe climbing onto the JCB 427.
The JCB 427 cab is isolator-mounted, compliant with ROPS/FOPS standards, and positively pressurized against dust. You can choose from fresh air, carbon and P3 – HEPA recirculation filters as well.
The optional torque lock-up 5-speed transmission means the JCB 427 can achieve 100% efficiency through the transmission in 2nd to 5th gears for improved performance and fuel consumption. Closer gear ratios mean lower engine speeds in each gear.
The JCB 427's Automatic Idle feature returns the engine to 700rpm after 30 seconds of inactivity, while Eco mode limits engine speed to 1800rpm for reduced fuel consumption. Either way, productivity remains formidable.
Wheel speed braking means the 427's brakes rotate at the same speed as the wheels for heat and drag reduction, as well as improved fuel economy.
The JCB 427 Agri model boasts an optional 6-speed gearbox for optimum gear-matching to any application; this option also comes with a torque lock-up between gears 2 and 6.
The JCB 427's hydraulic cooling fan automatically reacts to ambient temperature and adjusts the fan speed to optimise cooling, reduce fuel consumption and lower noise levels.
Unloaded spool valves in the valve block mean that arms lower under gravitational, not hydraulic force, reducing fuel consumption.
Gain easy access to the JCB 427's engine bay and large single-faced cooling pack with wide-opening gullwing doors. Daily checks and grease points can be accessed from ground level.
An electronic monitoring system relays machine condition, giving real time alerts. This safeguards both machine and operator.
Because it uses premium components like a Cummins engine, ZF transmissions and axles, Rexroth pumps, and Parker valve blocks, the JCB 427 has a long service life built in.
Full hydraulic dual circuit braking with multiple oil-immersed disks gives the 427's braking system a virtually maintenance-free lifespan.
Group test ports mean you can check the braking, steering and hydraulic system pressures easily on a JCB 427.
The JCB 427's T4i compliant Cummins QSB 408 in3 engine produces its power and torque – 158hp and 7,089lbf respectively – at low revs for excellent response and optimum efficiency. For easier maintenance, this engine doesn't require DPF aftertreatment.
A variable geometry turbocharger means the 427 enjoys increased performance at low engine speed for improved cycle times and tractive effort.
Compatible with a raft of aftermarket attachments, JCB’s optional quickhitch makes changeovers swift and efficient. There's also an extensive range of axle options so you can tailor a JCB 427 to any application.
Powerful twin variable displacement piston pump hydraulics help the 427 to circulate a massive 264 l/min for fast cycle times and excellent multifunction capability.
Choose the perfect JCB 427 loader arm for your application: Z-bar linkage (ZX) for high breakout applications; High Torque (HT) for parallel lift and multi-attachment use; or HT High Lift for higher loading applications.
JCB's innovative electronic management can perform progressive clutch cut-off for efficient, productive loader control. The 5-speed transmission option with torque convertor lock-up, meanwhile, provides better acceleration, hill climbing and roading performance.
- Q: Do you have to use a speed loader for src airsoft magazines?
- It is definitely recommended, unless you want to spend a decent amount of time loading BBs one by one every time you run out. Some low capacity and medium capacity magazines do require a speed loader for reloading, but I highly recommend high capacity magazines because they can hold around 350 BBs on average and do not require you to load every few shots. You can just drop BBs by the handful into them or use a speed loader, funnel, etc. If you do not already have a Hi-cap magazine, you can get one for around 15$ on OKorder or at a airsoft retailer of your choice. But, to go back to the original question, most of the time you do not need one, they just make loading a whole lot easier so you can spend most of your time shooting people.

- Q: So i just bought this halo b loader off OKorder and it isn't turning on. The guy isn't responding to my messages so what parts need to be replaced. I opened it up and nothing obvious seems to be wrong with it.
- If you put fresh batteries in it, then the guy probably sold you a broken Halo. Sounds like it needs a new board. You need to be careful on OKorder. You can get new loaders at good prices, the Invert Too is basically a Halo and it's pretty cheap. Edit- File a complaint with OKorder and give the guy a bad rep if he won't help you.
- Q: sorry for any inconvenince have to close when i change web pages but nothing appears to be wrong and the pages still load as normal

- Q: im looking for a boot loader that runs from a floppy and thats open source and loads a program from the floppy disk its on or the hard disk..and im hoping it loads a 32 bit program...is there a place i can get a bootloader that takes my pc in a mode where 32 bit files can be executed...like a boot loader that could load my programs or my windows im planning to try to make and im about to create in visual c++ and vb 6...send me some links if you know where it is thanks.
- Just a note, Your code will have to be pure for the hardware you are planning to run it on for instance. If your VB uses a GUI which relies on windows DLLs then windows NEEDs to be running or your code will fail. You may think this is simple BUT you must remember that if your code is the first thing to run on a computer there will be NO drivers loaded/running, NO DLL's, DOS will NOT be running either so any system calls will fail! Your only options are to use lowlevel calls to hardware directly or bios calls (if available) You will also need to ensure your compiler/linker does not link any libraries which require other code loaded into memory! printf will proberbly NOT work unless you have a library which codes printf as a routine which directly talks to the Graphics Chips/Card/GPU Have fun.
- Q: I am trying to decide between two different external hardrives for the usb loader gx for my wii.Western Digital My Book Essential Edition(1TB), 32 people have comfirmed it, and I found one for about $10 more than the other one, but it has some complicated explanation that i can't understand, can someone explain to me what the description means???Overall, which one should i get and why?
- I looked on that website this morning and I've ordered the Western Digital WDME5000TE My Passport Essential 500GB USB. I've read a few posts from others that use it with USB loader and have no problems. I did read about external hard drives over 500GB causing problems because the Wii doesn't handle them efficiently, though some with 1TB have partitioned the drive. After research I decided to stick with 500GB as that's a lot of room. I actually have the 320GB WD my passport plugged into my media player and I love it, no problems at all and it looks good so I may be biased.
- Q: DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY MAKE A SPEED LOADER FOR A RUGER 480 SRH?
- check out the hK line, if they don't have it nobody else will. By the way, want to get one of them to match my red and black birds in 44 and 454.
- Q: I have contemplated buying an external hardrive for the usb loader gx for my wii. The only problem is, I dont know which ones are compatable with this hack.I need one that has 500gb storage, and that is cheap, preferably around $50-$100 (no more than $100). So, any recommendations???
- Western Digital is a reliable brand and according to the link below will work perfectly with USB loader GX. You should know that the drive will be read as about 465 GB by your Wii, and any other computers, because of how the drive manufacturers label their hard drives.
- Q: I have a top loader washing machine and a friend has just used it . Unfortunately they filled it with clothes, forgot to close the flaps on the drum, closed the lid and set it running. The drum has spun around and got wedged half way round but is now completely stuck. Does anyone know of any way to release the drum (full of clothes) and fix it?It is a French brand called Brandt.
- Very tricky. Is your machine still under warranty? It's best to get a technician down as they may have to dismantle the drum in order to remove the clothes. -
- Q: What is loader and linker?
- In some computer programming languages, it is possible to write and compile the program in segments rather than all at once. When you do this, there are usually references that can't be resolved since they are in other segments (and at this point, each segment is completely independent of other segments). To combine the segments together into one program (and to complete the unresolved references), a LINKER is used. To actually run the program, it must first be loaded into memory. Usually, the compiler/linker makes a relocatable executable file. This simply means that the executable program can be loaded anywhere in memory (By comparison, a non-relocatable program must go into one specific place in memory). When the LOADER loads the program, it does the final steps to fix this iteration of the program into a specific place in memory (usually loading a specific memory address into a program register. The compiled program already has its memory references relative to this register, so it just needs a starting value). I hope this make sense. I'm writing it while I'm falling asleep at the computer
