The 4-wheel steer JCB 4CX is the largest backhoe model we produce, and this latest incarnation really is a product of our 60-plus years as backhoe market leader, bearing a host of performance, comfort, safety and efficiency improvements.

Like our new award-winning EcoMAX T4 final compliant engine, which meets Tier 4 Final legislation without bulky DPF; compact installation provides uncompromised visibility and manoeuvrability. The 4CX-14 Super also has high ground clearance and 4 equal-sized wheels, so it can tackle terrain unlike any other backhoe.

  • The 4CX-14 Super’s new EcoMAX engine is designed, tested and built by JCB to work perfectly with JCB axles and gearboxes. T4 Final compliant EcoMAX produces power and torque at around 1500 rpm for responsiveness and fuel-efficient matching of the transmission and hydraulics.

  • Because the JCB EcoMAX doesn’t use exhaust after-treatment, it doesn’t need costly heat-resistant oils, saving servicing costs. And, because the JCB EcoMAX can be adapted to run on lower-grade fuels, Backhoes are resalable across different territories, which boosts residuals.

  • JCB 4CX-14 Super engines are tried and tested. We’ve built over 300,000 DIESELMAX engines since 2004, and we’ve tested EcoMAX for 110,000 hours in 70 different machines across the toughest applications and environments.

  • For ultimate loading performance, productivity and roading efficiency, the JCB 4CX-14 Super’s EcoMAX engine delivers as much as 109hp (81kW) and 381lbf (516Nm) of torque.

  • JCB’s unique TorqueLock system is standard-fit on all 109hp (81kW) powershift 4CX-14 Super models. Combined with our optional 6-speed Autoshift transmission, can help save up to 25% on fuel and 10% on road travel time.

  • An optional limited slip differential gives a JCB 4CX-14 Super superior traction and performance, as well as reduced tire wear.

  • The 4CX-14 Super JCB backhoe loader is fitted with EcoRoad technology to provide the highest efficiency and productivity levels when roading. Fuel consumption is reduced, while machine speed and working area are increased by up to 10%.

  • The JCB 4CX-14 Super has 3 steer modes and a large 1.4yd³ shovel capacity for exceptional on site productivity.

  • Our 6-speed Autoshift transmission with floor mounted kickdown switch provides great pulling power on the 4CX-14 Super.

JCB 4CX-14 Super axles and transmission are designed to withstand a 12,000-hour design life; heavyweight axles are built to withstand serious shock loads. The rear axle alone has a static load rating of 55,125lb (25,011kg), and a dynamic load rating of 27,562lb (12,505kg).

We use stress-relieved fabrication for the 4CX-14 Super’s boom – by heating materials to over 1202˚F for over 16 hours, we make sure the metal is evenly heated, doubling boom life.

The 4CX-14 Super’s pre-production testing regime included 100,000 loading cycles, 500,000 excavating cycles, 360,000 gear change cycles, extensive bump track testing to ensure structural integrity, and thousands of hours of endurance testing.

We also carried out extensive EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing on the 4CX-14 Super; this ensures that signals from mobile phones and radios don’t affect the machine in any way.

Every new JCB 4CX-14 Super is put through around 600 performance checks on the production line.

Our construction materials are tested to the limit by exposing them to extreme temperatures, chemicals, salt, oil and light. That way, we know they’ll survive the most hostile conditions.

For rigidity and hose protection, the loader arms are constructed with a u pressed plate welded to a flat closing plate giving maximum strength.

The robot welded single-piece chassis on the 4CX-14 Super maximizes strength and minimizes weight.

Hydraulic hoses are approved to work down to -4°F and all JCB 4CX-14 Super materials are tested to extreme temperatures and exposed to chemical, salt, oil and sunlight to ensure maximum protection.

Q:I really need something full time, should I take job at UPS , or continue looking
I've worked at UPS before as an unloader, i dunno what a loader unload is, but the pay was good, however the hours sucked, so in the end it was only working like 15 hour weeks. UPS can really be a big pain as an employer as i came to realize after 2 years. but it may be different for you, my friend worked at a different UPS facility, and it was completely different as the one I worked in.
Q:What is the relationship between a forklift and a loader?
Forklift is loader, because he is the front of the shovel installed, so we call him a forklift, loaders can be installed in front of wood claws, or you can install the same fork with a forklift
Q:I want to choose during the start of machine as to which harddrive first to choose and then post choosing the hard drive which OS in the Boot loader (installed in seperate Hard drive) to be used. Kindly help me.
The boot loader is normally installed on the primary hard drive on the first drive but actually depending on the boot loader itself can be installed on a floppy, network etc. RICK
Q:We have budgeted $1400 for the washer and dryer appliances, but can spend no more. Is crieg's list a reliable source to buy something used like that? or should I go new, and is it possible with our budget?
about $1800 will get you in the door.
Q:1988 international 484 with front end loaderhow do I remove it?
Your question isn't very clear. Do you mean that you want to remove the loader from the tractor? If so, you need to block the loader so it won't fall, then find all the attachment points- pins, bolts, etc. Unhook the hydraulic lines, pull or drive out the pins, Block up the support arms and you should be able to back out from under the loader.
Q:ICOO offers free movies, but i don't know if i want to download and install their software, as i've had spyware problems in the past.

Q:how many clothes will fit in a front loader 4.0 qu. ft.?

Q:So, I got Black Ops and downloaded it onto my USB loader GX and when I try to play Multiplayer It says I need to update the game. Could somebody tell me if this is ok to update and it will not affect the loader, or will it destroy it?
It will not affect the Loader, it will update the game's Wi-Fi Connectivity settings. You have to do this with Black Ops on USB Loader GX.
Q:I installed usb loader channel and I want to know if it will brick my wii ??
The part of modding a Wii that would brick your Wii is installing any modified IOS or cIOS component unless you get them from a trusted source and are careful with how you install them. Installing channels are usually pretty safe.
Q:I have a .50 Knight LK-93 Wolverine muzzle-loader. I sighted in the other day and achieved abnormally tight (1.8!) groups at 100 yards. I've had the rifle 3 years and never had groups like this(Even with the same load). I was just wondering if anybody else has had this happen to them.I used Hornady XTP-MAG 240 grain .45 caliber with the Black Sabots. 100 grains of Pyrodex loose powder.
I have a Knight LK-93 Legend which I believe was replaced by the Wolverine. It has the same barrel with a wooden stock. I have a Redfield 2X7 scope on it. In Virginia when I bought the gun you had to use all lead bullets so I got some Knight 260gr. lead bullets with sabots. I got decent groups with 100 grains of loose Pyrodex but dropped to 90 grains and my groups tightened up considerably. I tried jacketed bullets when they became legal but couldn't get the same accuracy and since all the deer and the ram I shot with the lead bullets were one shot kills I stuck with the 260gr lead bullet. At 50 yards the groups are so tight it looks like one ragged hole. At 100 yards the groups usually stay near 2 inches. Sometimes as tight as 1.5. Different barrels will shoot different loads so if you'd like to tighten up your groups you might be able to do it by making slight changes to the amount of powder. Sometimes even a 5 grain change will make a big difference. Since a black powder gun is a relatively shot range weapon, compared to a center-fire, your gun is capable of taking game at reasonable distance. Sounds like you've got a shooter there. Good luck with the gun and remember to wear ear and eye protection.
