Product Description

General Information
CMAX refractory ceramic fiber board are manufactured in a wet vacuum forming process by blending the chopped ceramic fiber with inorganic or organic binders for excellent abrasive resistance at high temperature.

The products are classified as STD, HP, HA, and HZ respectively corresponding to different maximum service temperature 1000 centigrade,1100 centigrade,1200℃ centigrade and 1350 centigrade.

A variety of ceramic fiberboard, using the corresponding ordinary type, standard type, high purity type, containing zirconium based ceramic fiber cotton as raw materials, or dried using a vacuum molding process by the dry method and refined by machining

In addition to a variety of ceramic fiberboard with the corresponding bulk ceramic fiber cotton fine performance, the product of hardtexture, excellent toughness and strength, has excellent anti-erosion ability.  Heating is not inflated, light weight, convenient construction, can be arbitrary shear bending, are kiln, piping and other equipment, ideal for energy-saving insulation materials.
