Q: We live in Houston, TX btw.
Put it in a plastic container put a piece of tape on it, write down rice and the date and throw it in the freezerWhen you want to use it again just put it in the microwave, will taste just a good as when you made it and it's not wasting foodIf you do this with all leftovers it's amazing how you can save time and money when you want something to eat and don't feel like making anything.
Q: So I bought a hair crimper recently, and whenever i use it on my hair it smells really funny, almost like it's burntThe same goes with my new curling ironAny way to fix this?
simple answer, when you first buy any heat tool it'll be coated with a special type of oil and that oil layer will burn on over time and until then you'll get a really bad burning smell, it should say that somewhere in the box or a little note stuck on the cord? the solution is to apply a heat guard that smells good and work it into the hair and then when you straighten you will get the smell of the product XD ps: next time include that in your question otherwise you'll b getting the wrong answers
Q: I prefer to cleanse my body th natural wayS I need foods that are high in fibers.
First of all a 3° differential between upstairs and downstairs isn't badThat is as long as you only have one a/c unitIf you have separate units for the two locations then it isn't so great 12° differential from outside to the attic isn't bad enough to worry a lot about ventilation in the atticAn R-value of 30 IF in fact it is that high is respectable and adding to it won't make a huge difference If you have one a/c unit try closing some vents downstairs and make sure all vents are open upstairsMake sure blinds are closed upstairsIf you have two a/c units it is possible the upstairs unit is undersized or needs service.
Q: Hey all,Back to true questions LOLAnyway, My horse is currently at a horse show in an outdoor stallThe barn trailered her out there for me as school is more important right now (As I was told by my mother) xD So from my understanding they trailered her late morning, early afternoonI will not be able to make it out to the show until 5:30-6ishIt is going to rain (I can hear the thunder as I type) and I'm worried about her being naked in a stallCanada is not known for having warm rain until summer so if it is cold rain im a little worried :/Will she be ok until I get there? She has been turned out naked the past few days so thats how they shipped her. Thanks so much, feel free to ask questions if you need verifying )
Remember horses' hair stands on end when it is cold so the warm air pocket can circulate and keep them warm so don't blanket unless it is well below 50 degrees (their most comfortable temperature)Make sure it is waterproof b/c wet fur is always coldAlso, aside from blanketing, feed her extra grass hay, which is the best way to keep her warmFree choice grass hay at night will do much better than any weight of blanket!
Q: I'm not looking for a quot;magic pillquot; or snake oilI work out pretty wellAt least a half-hour of cardio and good amount of reps (and variety) of weight lifting and resistance workouts about 3-4 times a week.I also eat relatively rightAside from the occasional hot dog and/or BBQ type food, I stay away from fast food; eat a lot of green vegetables and trying to put more fiber in there; usually just have a protein shake for breakfast; and I don't even like sweets of any kind.so, I cut those outI currently weigh about 165 and I'm 5'8''I'm not a fitness enthusiast, so I don't know a lot on this topicAgainI'm not looking for something to do the work for meI just don't know what to trust and everything I see promises to quot;transform youquot; or somethingI just want to loose 12 pounds, hereI lost about 9 pounds a couple months back but pretty much hit a wall after thatIs 12 pounds more a little unrealistic? Anyone ever went through this similar situation?
If your brush says thermal on it, that means it is meant to be used for a blow dryer.
Q: it says to eat alot of fruits n veggies can I eat the frozen ones from the store or are those not good?how else can i increase my fiber (on a budget)
Soluble fibers modestly reduce LDL cholesterol levelsOats have the highest proportion of soluble fiber of any grainFoods that are high in soluble fiber includes oat bran, oatmeal, beans, peas, rice bran, barley, citrus fruits, strawberries and apple pulpInsoluble fiber may promote feelings of fullness, helping to prevent overeatingFoods that are high in insoluble fiber includes whole-wheat breads, wheat cereals, wheat bran, rye, rice, barley, cabbage, beets, carrots, Brussels sprouts, turnips, cauliflower, and apple skin Foods which contain the highest fiber base on per serving or per cup are bran cereal (19.94 grams), followed by cooked split peas (16.27 grams), cooked lentils (15.64 grams), cooked black beans (14.92 grams), cooked pinto beans (14.71 grams) and cooked kidney beans (13.33 grams) The National Academy of Sciences' Institute of Medicine recommends men and women under the age of 50 should take in 38 grams and 25 grams of fiber respectivelyMen and women over the age of 50 need 30 and 21 grams of fiber respectivelyTherefore, this means the younger you are, the more fiber you should intakeUnfortunately, processed and pre-packaged foods that our younger generation loves to eat contain very little fiberIf you are eyeing on fiber supplement, the recommended high fiber supplements are at the source below.

Rocky Mountain Botanicals All Natural Deodorant. There, I just saved you years of searching because unfortunately an all natural deo that actually works is like searching for the holy grail or a needle in a haystack ;)
Q: I need to start eating smarterMore fiber and protein while less fat.I do te exercise part alreadyIm 18, 6 foot and weigh 163lbsSo im not fat, im actually kind of builtBut since this isn't a dating site uld anyone tell me some healthy meal ideas that fit the earlier stated criteria?
Sometimes when I have my cookies sheets either in the dishwasher or if I need to make another batch while one or two pans are already in useBelieve it or not, if the cookies are small enough, an upside down (giant sized) muffin tin, works excellent! You have to watch them closer though because they tend to burn a little faster on the bottom than on a regular flat panI love Silpat (silicone based pan liner sheets for baking)it is expensive but NOTHING sticks to it!
