- If you are going to use a dedicated graphics card, then sandy bridge is a waste. The FX 4100 is cheaper and the money you save can be put towards a better graphics card. (and the 4100 is probably one fo the best performance to cost deals out there. You can find one on amazon for $109.00 which is $20.00 cheaper than even newegg)

- Actually, right now it's kind of hard to recommend any Bulldozer chip. They have not performed well against the i-5/i7 line (which they were supposed to do), they aren't as powerful as AMD led us to believe they would be, they run real hot, they uses a lot of power, and really aren't a big step (or any step) from the Phenom II chips. The Phenom II x6 1090T has proved itself to be worthy and fast CPU, even for gaming. I would go with it.

- There wouldn't be much the officers could do at the point in time. As the above posters have said, this event actually has occurred, a reinforced bulldozer went on a rampage with some maniac inside. Officers were forced to wait it out and when it came to a complete stop the suspect had killed himself with a shotgun. Not sure what sort of punishment he would've received, but I'm sure he took the easy way out.
