Something like plastic candy mold or silicone should not stick at allIf you are using a mini muffin pan, I have done that and it works very well, I line the muffin pan with little squares of aluminum foilOr if you have the little paper cups that are used for candy or little cup cakes that will work as wellMake sure you get a good base of the chocolate or it may crack when you try to un moldUsing the paper cups or squares of aluminum foil you eliminate that problem as you can leave the paper or foil on.
