Q: My boyfriend and I are going campingI haven't gone camping since I was about 12, so I have absoultely no camping gear, unless you count my princess sleeping bag that will probably go to my waist. He has no camping gear either, because he just moved out and everything he had was his parentsSo we're going shopping for all new stuff, stuff thats really strong and durable so they will last for a long long timePrice isn't important to us at all.If you have any camping gear that you absolutely love, give us a link to the store nameMost likely we'll be shoppping at target/walmart/academyWe need a checklist to make sure we don't forget anything, because once we go, we're going for a week, and were not coming back for anythingAnd we're camping in the middle of now where, so we can't go buy anything.Anything helps, we don't mind long lists!Thank you very much for your time!
Here's what you need: The following camping gear is needed when car camping: Tent and Tarp Sleeping bag(s) Ground pad/air mattress Camp stove with fuel (propane stoves are good)/charcoal briquettes Lantern Flashlight/headlamp Lighter/matches Wire grill/pots/frying pan/cooking utensils/heavy duty aluminum foil Paper plates/cups/eating utensils/thermal cups for tea, coffee, or oatmeal Toilet kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, hygiene products, contact lens care kit, eyeglass case) Cleaning kit for utensils, pots pans Cooler for the food and drink being brought Food for the meals you are going to cook/snacks (fruits, nuts, seeds) Pam non-stick cooking spray/butter/olive oil or other cooking oil Spices/salt/pepper Water/water bottles Beverages of choice (wine, wine coolers, beer, soda, juice, milk, Silk, coffee, tea) Day pack for hiking trips/maps First aid kit Insect repellent The following clothes are needed when car camping, depending on where and what time of year you are camping (be sure to layer your clothes): Clothes for the weather, place, and time of year (jacket, sweatshirt, long sleeve shirt, T-shirt, bathing suit, shorts, jeans, underwear, warm socks, handkerchief) Hiking boots/sturdy shoes Hat Sunglasses Towel (for when swimming and also for when washing yourself) Camera w/film and batteries
Q: Ok, so I'm babysittting my little brother and sisterMe and my sister are doing ocean friends, which is, for the people who don't know, a craft where u make a design of beads and put them on a stencil thingy and u iron them and they stick together and make a little art creationWhen ironing over them, it says to put waxed paper over the beads and iron over thatI don't happen to have any waxed paper leftAre there any alternatives to waxed paper i could put on top to iron with? Thanks for any help!
Are these Perler beads or that same type? They are plastic and melt together a bit when you iron over themIf so, try using aluminum foilYou can't see what you're doing as well as with waxed paper, but it would protect the iron from melting plasticPut the foil over the beads and them press it very lightly, just so you can see the outline of the beads so you'll know where to iron.
Q: I was making cookies the other day when i bought cookie doughWhen I made it, i used aluminum foil (idk if thats good or not)So i just did itBut after it was done, the bottom was always messed up, but the top is okIs it better to use a cookie sheet? also, i might need more infoThanks! (craving some cookies right now)
Tin foil is too thinYou should use a cookie sheetIt helps spread the heat evenlyMake sure the rack in the oven is in the middleCheck your cookies before the suggested amount of time in case your oven is hotter than you think (mine is actually 50 degrees hotter than what is on the dialFound out after a few baking disasters).
Q: What substances and elements react with the element aluminum, i need to know cause im doing a preject on it and i cant seem to find it and i need it in simlesest form full word lol im 12 i need the english version
THESE ARE SOME OF THE REACTIONS OF ALUMINIUM 4Al(s) + 3O2(l) → 2Al2O3(s) aluminium + oxygen = aluminium oxide 2Al(s) + 3Cl2(l) → 2AlCl3(s) aluminium + chlorine= aluminium chloride 2Al(s) + 3Br2(l) → Al2Br6(s) aluminium + bromine= aluminium bromide 2Al(s) + 3I2(l) → Al2I6(s) aluminium + iodine= aluminium iodide 2Al(s) + 3H2SO4(aq) → 2Al2(SO4)3 + 3H2(g) aluminium + sulfuric acid= aluminium sulfate + hydrogen 2Al + 3S ---- Al2S3 aluminium + sulfur= aluminium sulfide 2Al(s) + 6HCl(aq) → 2AlCL3(aq) + 3H2(g) aluminium + hydrochloric acid= aluminium chloride + hydrogen 2Al(s) + 2NaOH(aq) + 6H2O → 2Na[Al(OH)4] + 3H2(g) by the way Na[Al(OH)4] is sodium tetrahydroxyaluminate (III) NaOH is sodium hydroxide 2Al(s) + 3CuCl2(aq) ---- 2AlCl3(aq) + 2Cu(s) aluminium + copper (II) chloride= aluminium chloride + copper HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!! GOODLUCK!!

Q: So I dont have any roller papers and my friend and I were wondering if using an ordinary leaf from a tree or plant would work at allWe understand it would be hard to keep closed but since leaves burn slowly it doesn't seem impossible.
I doubt anything will happen but it definitely wont taste the sameThe smell will be differentUse the paper from a gum wrapperJust take the aluminum off of it.
Q: A) Only AluminumB) Only CadmiumC) Nickel and CadmiumD) Aluminum and NickelThanks, in Chemistry II and swamping.
Remember MAZINTThis tells you the reactivity order of metals magnesium, aluminium, zinc, iron, nickel and tin Oxidation is loss of electrons and more reactive metals gives away electrons to less reactive metalsSo we are looking for a metal higher than tin but lower than ironThe only metal in the rhyme is nickelDefinately not aluminium cos thats higher than ironAnswer must be C - Nickel and cadmium
Q: i assume it's aluminum maybe? and they probably shape it somehownot sure how though?I know how to make flat curves with a saw into thick plywood every inch or so without cutting throughthat makes it bendbut their curves are 3dhow do they do that???
NoYou should consider a reduction and lift.
