FAQ:

Q: Do you have the CE, TUV, UL Certification?

A: We’ve already passed all the tests, and any certificate is available.

Q: Have you ever sold your products to companies in my country?

A: Of course, we have customers in all general PV markets, but I think we should expand our market share along with the market growth.

Q: When did your company set up?  You are a new company, how can I believe your quality?

A: We entered into Solar PV industry in 2005, now we have several plants in manufacturing of a-Si and c-Si panels, and our capacity is 220MW per year. Till now we have already passed all the tests by authorized laboratories, e.g. TUV, CE, UL.

Q: Can you help us install the module if we cooperate with you?

A: We haven’t entered into installation sector, but we have the plan in near future.

Q: How do you pack your products?

A: We have rich experience on how to pack the panels to make sure the safety on shipment when it arrives at the destination.

Q: Can you do OEM for us?

A: Yes, we can.

Q: Can we visit your factory?

A: Surely, I will arrange the trip basing on your business schedule.

Q: How does the input frequency range affect the performance of a solar inverter?
The input frequency range of a solar inverter directly affects its performance. A wider input frequency range allows the inverter to accommodate a broader range of input frequencies from the solar panels. This flexibility ensures optimal energy conversion and efficiency, regardless of fluctuations in the grid frequency or varying solar conditions. Conversely, a limited input frequency range may result in reduced performance, as the inverter may struggle to convert the solar panel's output effectively, leading to lower efficiency and potential issues with power output. Therefore, a wider input frequency range positively impacts the overall performance and adaptability of a solar inverter.
Q: What are the indicators of a faulty solar inverter?
Some indicators of a faulty solar inverter may include a complete loss of power generation from the solar panels, flickering or inconsistent power output, unusual noises coming from the inverter, error messages or warning lights displayed on the inverter's screen, and a noticeable decrease in the overall efficiency of the solar system.
Q: Can a solar inverter be used in systems with different module efficiencies?
Yes, a solar inverter can be used in systems with different module efficiencies. The solar inverter is designed to convert the DC electricity produced by the solar modules into AC electricity that can be used in the electrical grid or to power appliances. It does not depend on the module efficiency, but rather on the DC voltage and current produced by the modules. Therefore, as long as the DC output of the modules falls within the specifications of the solar inverter, it can be used regardless of the module efficiencies.
Q: Can a solar inverter be installed in a residential area?
Yes, a solar inverter can be installed in a residential area. In fact, residential areas are one of the most common locations for solar power installations, including solar inverters. These inverters help convert the DC electricity generated by solar panels into AC electricity that can be used to power homes and other electrical devices.
Q: How does a solar inverter handle voltage fluctuations from the battery bank?
A solar inverter handles voltage fluctuations from the battery bank by regulating and stabilizing the incoming DC voltage from the batteries. It converts the fluctuating DC voltage into a stable AC voltage, ensuring a consistent power supply to the connected devices or grid.
Q: What is the role of a solar inverter in net metering?
The role of a solar inverter in net metering is to convert the direct current (DC) electricity generated by solar panels into alternating current (AC) electricity that can be used to power household appliances or fed back into the electric grid. It ensures that the electricity produced by the solar panels is synchronized with the grid's voltage and frequency. Additionally, the solar inverter allows for the measurement and tracking of the energy generated and consumed, enabling accurate net metering calculations and billing.
Q: How does a solar inverter handle variations in AC load demand?
A solar inverter handles variations in AC load demand by constantly monitoring the load and adjusting the output power accordingly. It uses advanced control algorithms to regulate the voltage and frequency of the AC output to match the specific requirements of the connected devices. This allows the inverter to effectively handle fluctuations in load demand and ensure a stable power supply.
Q: What is the role of maximum power control in a solar inverter?
The role of maximum power control in a solar inverter is to optimize the performance and efficiency of the solar PV system. It ensures that the solar panels are operating at their maximum power point, allowing them to generate the highest possible amount of electricity from the available sunlight. This control mechanism adjusts the voltage and current levels to match the load requirements, enabling the inverter to deliver the maximum power output to the grid or connected devices. By actively managing and regulating the power flow, maximum power control helps to maximize the overall energy production and utilization of the solar installation.
Q: How does a solar inverter handle voltage regulation?
A solar inverter handles voltage regulation by constantly monitoring the voltage from the solar panels and adjusting its output voltage accordingly. It ensures that the voltage produced by the panels matches the required voltage for the electrical grid or the connected devices. This regulation is crucial to maintain stable and reliable power supply, protect the equipment from voltage fluctuations, and ensure optimal energy conversion efficiency.
Q: Can a solar inverter be used with solar-powered data centers?
Yes, a solar inverter can be used with solar-powered data centers. In fact, solar inverters are essential components in solar power systems as they convert the direct current (DC) generated by the solar panels into alternating current (AC) which is then used to power the data center's equipment. The solar inverter ensures efficient and reliable utilization of solar energy in data centers.
