- Q:Define any variables that you use. Write an equation or inequality to describe the problem. Write your answer in a sentence and check your answer in the original problem.
- the entire perimeter would be: x+x+x+x+x+(x+5)+(x+5) or 7x + 10 so 7x+10 = 150 7x = 140 x = 20 x+5 = 25 So the outer dimensions would be 20x45 feet 2) h = hours using backhoe z = hours using bulldozer h + z = 40 z = 40-h 300h + 500z = 18500 3h + 5z = 185 substitute 40-h for z: 3h + 5(40-h) = 185 3h + 200 - 5h = 185 -2h = -15 h = 15/2 = 7.5 hours 7.5(300) + 32.5(500) = 2250 + 16250 = 18500 Best of luck!
- Q:Can God create a Rock that even he can't lift but can he built a boldozer that can lift the rock?
- bulldozers do not lift rocks they push them. just more flawed logic. the question is why would God decide to &create& such a rock. He wouldn't so your question is moot
- Q:with a bulldozer? Does the brutally honest approach really work, or does it just result in lost friends and bruised egos?
- Lost friends and bruised egos, but its usually worth it in the end.
- Q:Here are the questions if you know how to work it out please show what you can and the answer. Thanks!1. A 1,000 newton skydiver jumps from an altitude of 3000 meters. What is the total work performed on the skydiver?2. A bulldozer performs 80,000 joules of work pushing dirt a distance of 20meters. What is the force of the dirt?3. What is the force on a 1 kg ball that is falling freely due to the pull of gravity?4. A mass of 1 kg is acted upon by a force of 2 newtons. What acceleration does the mass acquire?5. Find the distance an object will move if it travels at a speed of 4 meters/second for 10 seconds. 6. Find the time it would take a vehicle moving north at 30 km/hr to travel 27 kilometers.
- 1) Work is force x distance (if they are parallel, if not you have to apply vector calculus) so it'd be 1,000,000 joules 2) again, if W = F*d, then F is W/d which would be -4,000 N (negative because it opposes the bulldozer's force, which is the one which performs the work) 3) F = mass*acceleration, so F = m*g (g is the gravitational pull, or 9,8 m/s^2) so 9,8 N 4) 2 m/s^2, by the same formula 5) distance = velocity*time, so it's 40 metres 6) by the same formula, 54 minutes.
- Q:blocks, business go bankrupt, and broken city lights are not replaced? Can we expect more of this if Obama gets elected and closes down the coal industry and the government takes over the power grids and starts its rationing like it in the same way as Obama Care will do to your health care once your company waiver expires.
- I like that the rain no longer tastes like acid. I like that the asthma rate has gone down in major cities. I wish they'd passed the Clean Air Act earlier, so I could eat fish more than once a week without dying from mercury poisoning.
- Q:This is along with an Asus EAH5830 and 3x sata HDDs
- Yep, okorder /
- Q:none of us can. Can you please help us? An engineer working on the Alaskan pipeline was heard to say, quot;At the time I said I could finish this section in a week, I expected to get two more bulldozers for the job. If they had left me what machines I had, I'd have been only a day behind schedule. As it is, they have taken away all my machines but one, and I'll be weeks behind schedule.quot; How many weeks was he behind schedule?
- One week and five days, lol...!
- Q:Last question for the next 16 minutes.
- That would be the bot man on here!!
- Q:I've read about them since late 2009 and I've never heard any real date, only people saying in a few months End of the year on forums so I'm asking here now. When do you think they will be out?Do you KNOW? Where is your source? Is it worth waiting for them to come out, or will they be real expensive? I'm looking to build a great PC but I'm also keeping a budget of $1000 in mind for the whole thing excluding software and OS.
- If okorder / not many, but some. And there are a lot of motherboards like mine that can support Bulldozer with a BIOS upgrade and whatnot. Edit** Don't you just hate fanboy's? They give senseless bull about what is better or not. I may have to admit, Intel is ahead of the game but AMD delivers the best performance to price ratio, which is something a lot of budget builder's have to think of.
- Q:I'm currently planning on getting a new PC and I was gonna go with an Intel i7 processor, but then I found out about AMD (not that I didn't know it existed, but I didn't know too many details either), so now that I searched a bit, a lot of people have said that the AMD Bulldozer is good specifically for video editing so I'm pretty confused right now, I haven't had any experience with AMD whatsoever, so which one should I go with?
