You will cover this form with cement (the stuff mixed with gravel to make concrete) You wish to lay up fiberglass fabric and resin on the cement and when you are done lift the rigid form off the cement. I think you should ask people who work intensely with concrete and cement and forms. I think you should use something heavier than floor wax - perhaps the waxes used on concrete forms. I think you will have to be very careful of the smoothness and shape of the cement to keep the fiberglass from locking to it just from texture and shape no matter how much wax you put on.
