Characteristics of Solar Panel
I Solar Cell : High efficiency crystalline solar cell. Even if under the weak light, the solar module can produce maximum power output.
II Tempered glass (toughened glass): Anti-reflecting coating and high transmission rate glass increase the power output and mechanical strength of solar module.
III EVA and TPT: Using high quality EVA and TPT to prevent destroying and water
IV AI frame: Without screw, corner connection. 6 holes on the frame can be installed easily.
V Junction box: Multi function junction box with water proof.
VI Long lifetime: ≥25 years; Less power decrease.
VII Good performance of preventing from atrocious weather such as wind and hails.
VIII Resisting moisture and etching effectively, not effected by geology.
Currently,We have 250w-300w solar panel stocks in Both West and East Coasts made in Vietnam,India,Korea,Malaysia and Japan.Meanwhile,we also arrange production line in Wisconsin,USA.If you're interested, please contact us soon.

- Q: I am doing a report about solar power and I need to know what determines the amount of electricity produced?example: exposure to sun, angle of panel, qualityplease tell me as much as you canmuch appreciated
- irradiance in watts/meter^2 (000-800w/m^2 depending on air quality) COS of angle to the suns rays efficiency of the panels (usually about 5%) age of the panels(one dead cell can drop an entire panel from the array) how dirty are the panels (dust, bird poop, leaves, shading) efficiency of the inverter (usually about 90%) All of these factors affect the amount of electricity produced. One other consideration is that in areas of extreme hot and cold the band gap of the silicon is changed.
- Q: Is there any way to charge my laptop with a solar panel? Is there any panel like that. Or if I work on panels can I do something like that. If you know anything about it, can you just help me? Thanks a lot.
- A solar panel is usually 36 cells and intended to charge a 2V lead acid battery. The battery in laptops may be somewhere between 5 and 20V. The panel might charge a laptop when it is cold, but they heat up in the sun and then it would no longer charge. Typical lap top power supplies are 3 to 4 amps. You need 2 panels in series to get enough voltage to charge the battery directly, but this is wasteful. If you want to charge at the same rate as a lap top power supply you need large panels to provide 5 amps. The 5 Amp panel will only give 5A when pointed directly at the full sun. There may be between 2 and 5 hours a day equivalent full sun depending where you are, time of year. If you want more than that, you need larger panels, or more than one in parallel for a 2V system. It makes sense to charge a 2V battery with the solar panel, and use that to operate the lap top with a car type power supply for a laptop, which runs from a 2V battery (see link below for an example). Get the biggest panel you can afford, and the battery should be larger if you want to run the lap top when the sun isn't shining. Perhaps a 20AH battery is a minimum size. All this costs more than a lap top.
- Q: What is the average size of a residential solar panel system?
- The average size of a residential solar panel system varies depending on factors such as energy needs, available roof space, and budget. However, a typical residential solar panel system in the United States is around 5 to 6 kilowatts (kW), which usually consists of around 15 to 20 solar panels.
- Q: How long does it take to recoup the cost of solar panels through energy savings?
- The time it takes to recoup the cost of solar panels through energy savings varies depending on various factors such as the cost of installation, the amount of sunlight received, the energy consumption of the household, and any applicable rebates or incentives. On average, it can take anywhere from 5 to 20 years to recoup the initial investment. However, with the decreasing costs of solar panels and the rising energy prices, the payback period is becoming shorter, making solar panels a more financially viable option for many homeowners.
- Q: Can solar panels be used in areas with high levels of saltwater?
- Yes, solar panels can be used in areas with high levels of saltwater. However, frequent exposure to saltwater can lead to corrosion and reduced efficiency of the panels over time. To mitigate these risks, it is recommended to use corrosion-resistant materials and regularly clean the panels to remove salt deposits.
- Q: Parents planning on buying some solar panels for our house down in Dubai it really hot there I'm currently living in Canada, anyways I'm wondering how many solar panels and volts ill need to light up a 2400sq ft. House? Please leave you're suggestions below!
- It's not really the solar panels that power the house, they charge a battery bank and there's an inverter that jumps the battery power up to household current level. If you start getting into more expensive systems, they can sense when the batteries are full and start diverting power into the local electric grid. Some places the electric company is required to pay you for generating current, other places tell you tough luck. I suggest looking on OKorder or something at some of the home solar kits on sale there and look at how large a house they are rated for to get an idea of how big a system you're going to need. I don't know if you have access to the power bill history of the house you're getting in Dubai, but the power company there might be able to provide you with a history of average kW hours the house consumes. A 2400 sqft house with a gas stove and a gas water heater and wood heat is going to consume far less electricity than a house with all electric appliances and the consumption history of an individual house should reflect that so you can buy appropriately.
- Q: Can solar panels be used to power a military base?
- Yes, solar panels can be used to power a military base. By harnessing solar energy, military bases can reduce their dependency on traditional energy sources and enhance their operational capabilities. Solar panels can provide a reliable and sustainable source of electricity to power various facilities and equipment in a military base, contributing to energy independence and environmental sustainability.
- Q: Are solar panels suitable for residential use?
- Yes, solar panels are highly suitable for residential use. They are cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and can significantly reduce electricity bills. With advancements in technology and decreasing panel prices, solar panels have become an attractive option for homeowners to generate clean, renewable energy and contribute to a sustainable future.
- Q: I'm writing a lab and I have to put information about solar panels in it. The history, who started them, why they are useful etc. any good sites that can help me?
- just type in solar panels and go to wikipedia theres a ton of information good luck!
- Q: if you know the area of the panel can u calculate for the wattage or voltage of the panel..
- One square meter of solar panels can produce up to 50 watts of maintenance-free power for up to thirty years. The most common solar panels are for 2 V applications. For sq meter: I = P/V = 50/2 = 2.5 A A single solar cell always produces a voltage of approximately 0.5 volts, regardless of its size. For higher voltages, you have to connect individual cells in series to add their voltages. The larger the solar cell, the greater the current will be. You can also connect cells in parallel to increase current. Hope this helps!
