FAQ
Q1:How can i get a sample?
A1: You can get samples by communicate with our export sales.
Q2:How long is delivery?
A2:Delivery time will be 30-45 days according to order quantity.
- Q: Sometimes included in happy meals and the like. Had some sort of device that would slide back and forth inside it making the sound. Sounded like: oooooooaaaaaaaahhh lt;turn overgt; aaaaaooooohhhhh*Note* I need the name!lol.
- They are called groan tubes.
- Q: The dishwasher behind my bar at work has a leak. The pipe that's leaking is Parker Parflex PP 3/8 plastic tubing that connects into a metal nut and brings clean water in. The pipe has a leak exactly where it meets the nut, so in theory I could cut off the cracked portion and then re-seal it to the nut. Can I cut it with wire cutters? Should it be sanded after I cut it? Do I use a teflon sealant? Thanks for any help!
- That should be a compression fitting. If it's a brass fitting then they are one time use. You can get a new brass fitting, cut the PP tube clean with a knife or a razor blade - be careful not to cut yourself please, then install the nut over the tube, slip the compression ring over the tube and if there's an insert that goes inside the PP, insert that. Then push the hose into the fitting and slide the nut and ring to the threaded portion of the fitting and tighten it. Be careful to tighten it enough to seal but not so tight you cut through the pipe again. It's likely the reason you have the leak in the first place is because someone overtightened it. OR you can simply buy a replacement hose. I'd prefer a wire braid shielded pipe. Stronger and made with a professional fitting on the end, one you don't have to mess with. My opinion, replacing the tube is the better idea. And they're not stupidly expensive either. Good luck with your project. '')
- Q: Just curious, when there is only a bit of toothpaste left, I have to squeeze little by little from bottom up. But then after using it, I'll have to do the same thing next time around. Obviously the toothpaste has to settle down the tube. Why and how does it do that?
- The plastic material has internal stresses that retain the shape it was cast in originally. Since it is attached to a round head it tends to form a sort of flattened cone. The toothpaste moves back up the tube to fill the available space as it is a type of really thick fluid. The shape may also lead to the toothpaste moving upwards due to capillary action (similar to how water moves up a very thin straw) To combat this effect, you can buy a little squeezy thing that rolls over the tube to prevent the toothpaste from moving backwards, or you can fold/bend it over as you use it like many people do. I store mine upright on the cap so the toothpaste settles at the end I squeeze it out of. The tube also uses less counter space when you store it upright as compared to laid over on its side.
- Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to moisture absorption?
- Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to moisture absorption.
- Q: the gun works great...until i go to elevate the last shell into the chamber, the plastic cup that seats against the crimps of the shell sticks just enough into the tube to not fully push the shell out and onto the elevator, the spring feels a bit week also, are these springs known for wearing out and are they replaceable? looks like the shell tube has large threads that screw into the receiver but ill be damned if i cant get that thing to twist and unscrew!
- The tube will unscrew, but not easily the first time it comes off. When the mag springs in our department Mossbergs get tired, we replace them with Remington 870 mag springs and they seem to hold up better. Field strip the shotgun. Put the end of the mag tube in a vise and clamp down ONLY on the little rectangle on the end of the tube (NEVER on the tube itself). Insert the wooden handle.of your hammer into the receiver as close to the barrel mount as you can. Evenly as possible rotate counterclockwise. Remember, it's not going to come off easily. When it lets go, remove the tube, the follower and the spring. Do not try to just stretch out the spring a little. It won't work. Replace the spring and put the follower back in. put the tube back on the receiver. I find it easier to push the follower into the tube a little until you get the threads started. be careful not to crossthread. tighten it up the same way you took it off.
- Q: What are the different end cap options for plastic tubes?
- The different end cap options for plastic tubes include screw-on caps, snap-on caps, push-on caps, flip-top caps, and threaded caps.
- Q: Can plastic tubes be used for pneumatic applications?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be used for pneumatic applications. They are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and flexible, making them suitable for various pneumatic systems and industries. However, it is important to select the appropriate plastic material with the necessary strength and pressure rating for the specific pneumatic application.
- Q: What is a paintball power tube used for?Im looking into an tippmann A5 power tube Delrin Front Bolt. Whats the difference and benefits. Thanks
- The power tube is the part that holds the valve in the marker and helps direct air flow. Getting a new power tube will do NOTHING to performance. It has no performance valve what so ever. The front bolt is the part that helps push the ball out or the chamber. And getting a new one will help very very lil. So lil that it doesn't really matter. THis is because the stock front bolt on the tippmann markers is made so well that changing it doesn't make it any better because they will perform just about the same. Replacing the stock power tube to a full aluminum power tube is a good idea because after a while the stock plastic power tube does tend to break and when that happens it will cause air or co2 to leak. The aluminum one wont do that and lasts a lot longer.
- Q: How are toothpaste tubes made? I know that there's polyethylene coatings on aluminum, but how to they actually made the tubes this way? I know it can't be injection molding or blow molding.
- why can't it be injected extrusion molding of the tubing followed by a bonding process?
- Q: Are plastic tubes suitable for use in the textile industry?
- Yes, plastic tubes are suitable for use in the textile industry. They are commonly used for various purposes such as storing and transporting fabrics, yarns, and other textile materials. Plastic tubes offer durability, flexibility, and protection to the textiles, making them an ideal choice for the industry.
