- It is a product of many things. Corporations and banks are one part, represented by Republicans. Other part is labor unions and other minority associations, represented by Democrats. Goals of Republicans and Democrats are often opposite, so they end up with some kind of compromise that gives a bit to everyone. Your arguments sound like radical left (Democrats). - A hole house is an interesting concept,but do you feel like you are in a rut? LOL. Seriously, There are several devices that can level power and clean it up. Battery banks are good and consistent, and would probably produce the cleanest source. A line leveler is the most common device. Some manufacturers of Generators have these built into the generator. Check with your manufacturer. (Onan is good)
