FAQ

Q: What is the material of your Carpets?

A: The material is 150D polyester silk or 1200D polyester silk. We can also choose material as customers’ requirement.

Q: How can I get some samples of Carpets
A: We are honored to offer you samples.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control of Carpets
A: Quality is priority. Jiaxunda people always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end.  many times of inspection

will take place during the production.

Q:I spilled some coffee on the carpet and nothing seems to take it out at the moment. Do you have any ideas?
Blot the area with a clean, white cloth to absorb all the liquid you can. Blot from the outside of the stain in to avoid spreading the stain. Mix 1 teaspoon clear, mild liquid dish washing detergent with 1 cup lukewarm water. Sponge the area with the detergent solution. Blot again with a clean, white cloth. Mix 1/3 cup white vinegar with 2/3 cup lukewarm water. Sponge the area with the vinegar solution. Blot with a clean, white cloth. Sponge the area with clean water. Blot with a clean, white cloth. Good luck
Q:I have carpeting in a room where I would like to install built-in bookshelves. How should I secure them to the floor? Do I need to remove the carpeting or can I set them on top?
I would really remove the carpet underneath them, put down a tack strip and re-kick the carpet to it and end it with a tidy roll. The major problem with putting them on top of the carpet is leveling. I have some built-ins in my office and library both on top of carpet. As the carpet and padding compresses, it changes the leveling. Also, there is a tack strip along the baseboards which causes the units to pitch forward because it doesn't compress. If I had to do it over, I would strip out the carpet underneath because I'm constantly checking the level as the house settles, too.
Q:My parents bought a 5 x 7 area rug about 20 years ago, at K-Mart or somewhere abouts, and bequeathed it to me when I moved out. The colors are still really nice, but the problem is- and I suspect this has always been the case- its a bear to get clean. I don't mind a few spots, but it collects hair like mad. Its a very tight-woven rug, with no long strands. I run my Dirt Devil upright over it usually three or four times, and nothing budges. Is there a vacuum cleaner that is powerful enough to disentange hair from the carpet fibers? I really don't want to throw it out or store it, but I can't afford to have it professionally cleaned, at $100 a go, every month.
You can rent a cleaner for a day and clean it yourself. Dirt devil vacuums aren't that great for rugs I'm afraid.
Q:I got a rug burn on my toe Monday and not quite sure how to treat it. When I looked up how to treat rug burns, every site said that they were like 1st degree burns or a sunburn and should be pretty much treated the same way. However mine is open and for the first few days, was leaking pus and a clear liquid. It hasn't healed up yet and I have been treating it as a cut. It fizzes when peroxide is applied but today didn't do it as much (and hurts much less). Am I doing the right thing? Also is there a cool trick to get a band aid to stay on my toe? The burn is at the joint that is the foot equivalent of a knuckle.
Use Aloe Vera gel. It will help it to heal faster. Keep it around, it's great stuff. Or you can buy an Aloe plant and cut a leaf and rub the gel on.
Q:I am away from my horses at the moment and i have to call each day to have them rugged. I couldnt get a hold of the lady today and they may not be rugged. its winter here (not snowing here ever) and they have always had doona type rugs on of a night. will they be ok and not get sick?im so worried i feel sick
As long as your horses have a decent hair coat, place to get out of the wind (a wall is fine) and hay to eat they will be just fine. Even if it was snowing they'd be fine-freezing rain is the worst thing for them. Stop worrying-horses have extremely efficient heating systems.
Q:I have waxed tile floor.s White in color, Thay turn yellow under the rugs, and wont clean , what causes it ? And how can I get the yellowing off .
I have a 50's bathroom; pink tub, pink and gray tile. The toilet was changed out and is white. The vanity was painted and we changed out the top. I play it up. I have black and white striped wallpaper and the border is black and white w/pink purses. I have a white shower and keep it pulled to hide the pink tub. The window topper is white. I have used a lot of black and white accents in the bathroom and it looks great. Try going with white for the curtains/shower curtains. Nice bright crisp white. Paint the walls a light creamy yellow. Accent with bits of the green and yellow. You can pull it together and make it look like you meant to do this. Decorate retro if you like. I am guessing it is Avacodo Green which was very big in the 70's. Or you could hide the yellow floor with a piece or carpet. Don't get discouraged. You can make it look adorable! Good Luck!!! P.S. Get rid of the tan! Make it pop with bits of red; soapdish, towels, etc.
Q:I am currently in the process of switching apartments need some quick/cheap ways to remove old and hard as heck to remove stains from my carpet, so that the management won't make me pay for the stains!!!xtra info- the carpet is older , it's your basic cheap carpet and is beige/cream in color!!!Any ideas/solutions will be greatly appreciated, just remember I want the cheapest, most effective quickest ways to remove stains from older carpet!!!
Try Resolve spot carpet cleaner. It may clean too well and make the rest of the rug look dingy. You can also rent a steam cleaner and their chemicals fairly cheaply at super markets or places like Home Depot for less than $100. You can have it professionally cleaned for something like $150-200 for up to 450 sq. ft.
Q:I installed laminate flooring in our living room this past weekend and where the laminate meets the carpet in our bedroom there is about 1 inch of a height difference. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
It's called a 'transition', a piece of metal or wood that is beveled toward the two levels. Should have installed a sub-layer under the laminate before installation to bring it closer to flush as a 1 rise is a bit high. A 3- 4 wide transition is recommended in your case. Should have asked earlier.
Q:Hotel room white carpet yellowing how to deal with, after washing, there is Huang Ziyin
Carpet brings important adornment to our home, carpet has made our home feel very warm instantly.
