- its mainly because of all the different types of suspension systems there are on cars today,every company thinks they can improve there's to make it better and basically they do sometimes,but that's one of the main reasons for this,also this helps in the ride of it as well as the handling of it there's also a difference in the right and left sides of it on any vehicle ,its definitely not like the old days though,used to everything was almost the same from the right to the left side of vehicles,good luck on this hope this helps.
- Q:can having a weak battery effect the air ride, because the back two side wont go up when just yesterday they were up just fine. I dont think they both went out at the same time. are the any other ways to tell. i would take it to a shop but i cant afford the tow. i also thought it could be the cold air because thats when i started having problems with it(chicago below zero) can any body help me out
- no a weak battery won't effect it. why are you wanting to have it towed to a garage? if it runs you can drive it with the back down it will be rough but it won't hurt it. The air system should never lose air if it does something is wrong. You probably should check on a conversion kit because your system is starting to have lots of problems there are so many switches and relays and other component that make the system work and 1994 its old so either get rid of the car or get it switched to conventional suspension

- Your car is really old and you've been thrashing it. Stop abusing your Nissan and things might get better. You might have a slightly bent rim. Maybe that is the problem. From your previous questions, you have sunk more than 5,000 dollars into repairs on that car. That was a very bad decision.

- Take a look at the new Toyota FJ Cruiser. It is modeled after the old school Land Cruisers. Great off-road capabilities and it looks cool too. I researched these pretty thoroughly along with the H3 and the Land Rover L3. Then lighting, they are looking at providing a ring main for power and using a signal bus to tell the lights to come on, the drive is to reduce wiring. They are also looking at moving to 42v which will reduce current, allowing thinner wire, and less metal and weight. Next would be the lighting, headlights are moving to alternative technologies to reduce power and increase illumination, they are also going for self leveling and steering. Then there's the fun stuff, powertrain control, transmission and engine management systems. Then there's the telematics, all the signalling that goes round the car, the ABS, traction control, stability control, anti rollover system. Entertainment systems, integrated telephone technologies, navigation, guidance and all that. Some are even suggesting giving the cars direct internet access. Any one of those things is many man years of development and testing for a hardware and software team.
