Q:Squats make me puke, I can leg press 320lbs 175 weight for 10 reps but i struggle squating my own body weight, How do i improve my squats. (Been working out for 2 months now.
Leg press is only good if you squat. I will talk bad about it cause you seem like you care about how much you lift in whatplanet fitness? Squats Are a compound lift which work abdominals, quads, and hammies. Don't be a ***** and diss squats cause they're what gets the chicks 4 years powerlifting. 2 years bodybuilding and tracking macro nutrients. Not giving a **** what i ifted in the gym the first year to impress people. Making sure I lifted correctly

Someone pressed charges as he is on probation. Usually the police do under the law since most states do not require someone to press charges other than the police. If charged once, charging him again is unconstitutional. Moreover, this is probably a misdemeanor assault and the Statute of Limitations is 1 year. Too late.
Q:does the leg press help w/ getting bigger glutes or is it only for legs?just want the effects of a rounder and more firm rearend and cant do squats.
This can help with the glutes. Also: lunges stand straight, lift your leg back, keeping it straight, as far back as you can. Do this several reps for each leg. You will feel the effect on your glutes.
Q:I really really want to increase my bench press. During school last year I did 135 lbs. I wanted to do better this year and do better next so I went to the gym and started lifting weights. I barely did bench press because I did not have a spotter. So instead I used dumbbells like depending on the day and workouts I do it rangers from 25-35 lbs. And I also chest press 110 lbs 10x and I do 3 sets. Today. I did 200 reps in curling ( did pyramids 2x starting at 50 lbs ) and incomplete it 2 with 5 reps per weight So when I tried to bench I couldn't bench at all. Is it cuz of this?? I did a bunch of triceps and chest exercises before this.
Do the bench press first then the supporting exercises for the bench press.

There is no minimum weight any one should be doing. It all depends on how you were built. Try maxing out, see what you can do. And do repetitions of a certain percentage of that weight when you work out. Try 45% of your max. Then when that starts becoming easier go with 50% of your max.
