- Q:I use almay clear complexion foundation, and I am looking for a powder to go over that...i have fair skin so i use all the light colors. I also like the natural look, where it doesnt look like youre wearing.......makeup.. SO.....I purchased almay nearly naked LOOSE powder and liked it, but was scared it was going to make me break out since it wasnt on the clear complexion line, although it is still non clog poring. I exchanged it for Almay clear complexion press powder and im afraid it will dry out my skin? Help? has anyone ever used these items before? If so..what do you like better? I have sensitive skin..gets kinda dry at first, than oily during the day. Thanks
- I much prefer loose powder. It has a more natural look. I have sensitive skin too. So I only wear makeup about 3 out of 7 days of the week. I would say that most likely the pressed powder won't break your skin out IF you don't put too much on AND you moisturize first. I would recommend Aveeno. It has an SPF and doesn't break my skin out bc it's hypoallergenic. I have found loose powder to not clog my pores as pressed does. Try investing in both and use the pressed powder in your T-zone (nose, forehead) where your skin is oily and breaks out more. Then, apply the loose powder on the rest of your face. hope that helps!
- Q:I'm 17 and I'm a beginner to weightlifting. I have a weight bench and barbell in my room and the max I can lift on it is 20kg. I was reading online and everywhere I looked everyone is putting the flat bench press down. They say to do a workout of incline and decline and that the flat is bad. Is that just because they have been training for years and it doesn't work for them anymore ? Is it ok for me ? Thanks in advance :)
- Flat bench is one of the best complex exercises you can do. I personally prefer incline presses because I get a better range of motion on them (I'm fairly short) which helps bit my triceps a bit better, but if you're using a barbell this wont be too much of an issue. If you can find a way to alternate between incline and flat bench then that would probably be your best bet - maybe swap each week?

- PCC (Press Complaints Commission) It isn't proactive, i.e. it doesn't monitor the press as such - it just adjudicates on complaints that are received.
- Q:The 'Up' Button on my monitor presses on its own and holds and that maxes my contrast, i have locked the buttons but its still auto pressing, and i know this because a message 'Buttons locked' pops up, any idea on how to fix this?
- well it sounds like the switch under the button is going bad. you can break it so it can;'t be pressed ever again or you can take the plastic cap off the button so only the metal contact will show. this might solve you problem.
