- Q:Hey ^_^I am looking for some good, light-shaded pressed powder that has good coverage and isn't cakey/chalky. I am very pale so brands that have pale shades would be good for me and I do have a few blemishes but not major so good coverage would be needed. My one at the minute is quite cakey and you can easily see the powder so I would like one that is good at blending in. I live in the UK so please don't suggest ones that can be only found in walmart or another american shop but if it's online and the shipping is cheap, I could probably get it. - well i live in the uk too, and i use rimmel stay matte pressed powder. its quite cheap and i am also quite similar to ur description. u can get the rimmel pressed powder at boots, sainsburys and even asda! hope it helps :)x
- Q:I work out regularly and consistently, but I've been lazy about the bench press for the past few months or so. I still work everything else out consistently, I just hate working my chest. I'm gonna start back up soon anyway.Anyway, the last time I benched (3 months ago), my one rep maximum for my bench press was 265lbs. Like I said, I haven't touched the bench since. However, I have been working really hard to improve my military press and have been very successful. I just started doing standing military presses with barbells and in the past 4 weeks, I've gone from my one rep maximum being 175 to 205 with perfect form.Can I expect my bench press to have increased as well as a result of indirect training?Thanks!

- I dont really know of any completely natural pressing mediums out there. My best advice would be to press the eyeshadows you want to use in smaller batches with the 1 part glycerin 3 parts water recipe you described. That way you can at least try it and see how long its good for before pressing large amounts of eyeshadows. Or even try it out on an old mineral eyeshadow you have lying around to see how it works.
