- The chest press machine at my gym involves the user pushing away from his/her chest BUT, also pushing upwards slightly. This is most likely the case with yours as well. - I don't usually press sunflowers, I cut them when they are new opened and hang them up to dry. I haven't been able to press them either, but maybe you could arrange the petals the way you want them, cut out a couple layers of cardboard with holes the size of the thick part and then try pressing that way, the petals pressed but not the thick part? Would have to be careful that the thick part dried without going bad though. Good Luck.

- I don't know what 20lb weights will do to directly impact your press. One exercise I like to with a 20lb or 30lb weight mainly keeps my shoulders stretched but works the abs too. If you have a bed or an ottoman foot rest next to a chair, and can lay flat with knees bent, feet flat (but not planted), and head (but not neck) dangling off, take one of those weights in both hands. With your elbows at your sides you'll form a triangle with your hands over your chest. Extend your arms up all the way, then back down. Primarily works the shoulder, but also stretches triceps and the chest muscles too. It might not be a bench press per se, but it works a different aspect of that muscle. Look for objects around the house, too. Load up a pack with some books, maybe Just be careful though because of the uneven weight distribution (in other words, if it feels awkward, don't do it).

You gain more balance from balancing the weights and the nautilus cuts down some of the work your muscles have to do to push, balance, and lower the weight. You should invest in a flat bench and a barbell. Or if you lift alone I recommend dumbbells. Your pecs will get a better workout.

- okai pressed powder is better for the 1st time you apply on the make up, but if you need to touch up your make up you must used finishing powder. so your make up wont look so thick and sometimes uneven. btw you need to clean the oil on your face before you touch up your make up.

- You can do dumbell presses, which gives you a better stretch and a harder contraction. Incline dumbell presses which work the upper pecs. Push-ups flat on the floor or with you feet on a chair to hit the chest from a different angle. There are so many different combos for chest. I hope this helped Darrick CEO Valentine Fitness
