First of all, the operator should inspect the brake, hook, wire rope, safety device and other parts. If something abnormal phenomena is founded, the operator should eliminate it.

The operator can cunt off the main power source after he has ensured that there exists no person om the pathway and walkway. When the power circuit breaker is locked or the billboard is hanged on, the main power source can be cut off after it is opened by original relevant person.

During working

The crane should lift the heavy material(or the load capacity reaches the max. weight) at a height of 0.5 meter after the next turns. Then, the operator lifts down the material. Checking the performance of brake. The crane can be in normal operation when the it is ensured safely.

The operator should ring the alarm during the before the following operations.

Before the lifting the heavy materials and launching the heavy materials, the operator should ring the alarm. Before starting the and stopping, the operator should ring alarm.

The operator should control the crane in line with the unified command signals.

All of the hand shank of the controller be be put on zero point when the power source is suddenly cut off. Before it works again, the crane should be inspected that whether if it is normal.

It is forbidden that the operator handle the contrary direction to stop the equipment when the crane and trolley are in traveling. The control handle should be put on zero point before change the direction of crane and trolley. The crane can not travel to opposite direction until all of the mechanisms are stopped and the control handle is put on zero point.

When the crane is equipped with two hooks, the main or auxiliary hook must work individually during the height of main hook and auxiliary hook are at the similar height. It aims to avoid to clashing between the two hooks.

It is forbidden that the two hooks lift material in the meanwhile. The operator should adjust the brake of lifting mechanism when it is out of works.

It is forbidden that the operator can not make use of limiter of limiting position to stop the crane. Also, it is forbidden that the operator adjusts the brake of lifting mechanism when the hook is on load.

Reason of oil leak of reduction gear and the precautionary measures

Following 3 common reasons for oil leak of reduction gear

Due to the unreasonable design by manufacturer, the professional riser vent is not designed or the designed riser vent is too small, which can leakage trouble caused by uneven internal and external pressure of reduction gear. What’s more, the leakage trouble is caused by the leaky joint face in the reduction gear in the long-term use process.

Confined to the processing craft, it can not reach the required degree of precision for box contact surface. Also, it can give rise to oil leakage caused by poor sealing property.

Q:Just list as many funny random things as you could possibly think of.
Yes we doWe gave the boys the third floor/attic (which now they want to switch floors, which is actually good because that space is huge, so we are considering)When the contractor applied for the license, the fire marshal came out and they required us to have an exit plan from thereSo we have a deckWe had to tell the kids what to do to escape in case of emergency, so we just made a plan for everybody.
Q:I had the idea to lift and make my 94 dodge neon a 4x4I know ill need to use a 4x4 chassis motor and trans but I don't know what vehicle would be bestI thought about one of those 4x4 older cars I believe was called an eagle? but not sureany help would be appreciatedaside from a Prius I couldn't think of a sissier car to jack up and make a bad mudder out of.
Quick!!! Put the tin foil hat back on! Black helicopters have been spotted in your neighborhood!
Q:If I'm running multiple virtual machines (VMware) on one physical server host, and wanted to test an IDS with themIf the VMs are sending/receiving data to and from each other, does it leave the physical host, go out onto the network, or does it stay on the host? If all VMs are using the same physical NIC from the host, what MAC address problems come up on the switch?
Sprayed in expanding foam insulation will do the job nicely, but it will be expensive because you'll have to hire an installerStandard fiberglass will be something you can do yourselfBuy the kind that has the batts in plastic sleevesMakes it less itchy, and there's no paper to mildewUse hanger wires called Tiger Teeth - they're stiff spring steel wires that you push up from the bottomThe ends are pointed and stick in to the joists; they arch up and support the fiberglassUse about four wires per standard batt.
Q:What is Engineering and what do Engineers do?
An engineer is a practitioner of the profession of engineeringThe basic purpose of engineering is to conceive, devise, design and provide devices, machines, buildings, structures, systems and processes to safely promote, (meaning improve, sustain, protect or defend) the material living standards of humans Originally engineering existed independently of what we today call science and mathematicsPeople built and constructed things using empirical methods, experience and trial and errorWe would continue to do so today if there were no maths or scienceHowever, science and maths now represent a huge body of structured knowledge, much of which is of great use to the engineer, so much so that modern engineering is now itself a branch of scienceAlthough, in former times, an engineer might have accomplished much without them, the modern definition of an engineer needs to include a close association and affinity with science and mathsBut nevertheless engineering retains its essential independence When this question surfaces, as it does from time-to-time, at least one unthinking goon usually defines the engineer as a problem solver! Despite being true, this definition really doesn't help anyone understand what an engineer isJust about every job includes problem solving - doctors, nurses, bankers, lawyers, car mechanics, road-menders, brick-layers, cleaners, truck drivers, crane operators, housewives, government officials and even prostitutes and politicians all solve problemsName me a job that doesn't - maybe musician, actor or sportsperson? - well they have at least to solve plenty of their own problemsI would put creative innovation and entrepreneurship much higher on the engineer's agenda, notwithstanding that many other professions are also high in these attributes.
Q:and what do they do?
Boom cranes, I'm guessing, and they lift the construction material to the building levels
Q:Someone I know has a trucking business and they need to transport railroad cars to the railyard several miles away and it must be done with the use of a rigHere is my dilema I need a trailer that will carry these railroad cars to their destination without the use of a craneIt needs to be backed up to the track so that they can lunoad the cars off the trailer and onto the trackMy question is what kind of trailer would it take to achieve this task? And if possible do you know where any pics are at for this kind of trailer.Any kind of help would be appreciated!!!!1:)-Ace

Q:Assuming I have a plugin port in my parking area but the parking is NOT secured parking, meaning anyone can walk up to the car, how will I be able to use plugin vehicles? What stops someone from walking up and A) unplugging the car B) stealing the plug C) cutting the cord? Do I need a secure parking lot and/or a garage?
Aluminum foil can be used in a ceiling to reflect radiant heat, both to prevent heat loss in the winter and heat gain in summerIt can be surprisingly effective used alone, though loose fill or fiberglass insulation is more effective at stopping heat flow via conduction and convection, the other ways heat is transferred.
Q:I use laptops for photo editing or high-def video editing and i need high-performance computersI used VAIO SR, but it's kinda slow running Adobe Photoshop CS5, Premiere Pro CS4I want to change my laptop because my laptop is already [half broken]Maybe going to the new VAIO S with Core i7 2620 or MacBook Pro 13quot; Core i7 2620, the VAIO S graphic is higher because it's using AMD HD and the MBP 13quot; still using the Intel HD3000, but i love MacDoes it worth to get a lower graphic but use Mac? Copied and Pasted for your infoCrew Cabs are an extended cab bodystyle commonly found on utes or pickup trucksThis cab design typically has forward-facing rear seating and four front-hinged doors to provide sedan-like accommodations for up to 6 passengersIn the United States, International Harvester introduced the first crew cab in 1957.[1] It had 3 doors; the 4th door was added in 1961Dodge followed with its own factory built crew cab in 1963.[2] Ford introduced its crew cab in 1965 and General Motors in 1973.[3] Through the 1980's, most crew cab pickup trucks were sold as heavy-duty (3/4 and 1 ton) models intended for commercial use, and custom vehicle builders such as Centurion built light-duty crew cabs for the personal-use marketNissan offered the first US-market compact crew cab pickup in 2000;[4] Ford, GM, Dodge, Nissan and Toyota all introduced their own compact and 1/2 ton crew cab models in the 2000's as demand grewCrew cabs were popular and widely available in other markets many years before they caught on in the US because of their superior passenger spaceLand Rover used what they described as crew cabs over thirty years ago for their special vehicles (e.ga crane mounted on the rear for street lighting maintenance being one) providing up to six seats so the whole work crew or gang could be accommodated
Q:Parents are out of town for a whole weekend and all friends are busy or their mom said no and im already watching tv,texting, and playing with my I!pod touch and that to me is boring so help please
That small pic you linked for us looks like it is a woven scarf, not crochetedIt doesn't look knit(I've woven over a thousand of those scarves one year!) You certainly can crochet a scarf that looks much the same as this oneYou would have to do it lengthwisecast on enough for the length, and then do a number of rows until it is wide enough, and finish off with some fringeThis is a good way to use up small bits of yarn from other projects - you only need enough for one row the entire length - or even part of the way in a rowthere is no rule saying you MUST have the colour go all the way from one end to the otherYou can put a few rows in different stitches to add textureThis can be quite fun to do! You can knit a scarf this way as well.
