Description
MNC-P2 is a high range water reducing and pumping admixture with fluidizing, air entraining, retarding, and intensifying effect. It is used as part of an admixture system to provide customized admixture solutions for a wide range of concrete applications. It’s meets the interim requirements of ASTM C 494/C 494M Type S, Specific Performance, admixtures.

Application
1. MNC-P2 is a workability-retaining admixture that provides flexible degrees of slump retention without retardation.
2. MNC-P2 provides the concrete producer with the ability to immediately create the optimal admixture system for changing and fluctuating regional raw materials, environmental conditions and project requirements.
3. MNC-P2 gives the concrete producer the ability to consistently produce and deliver quality concrete mixtures.
4.    MNC-P2 is applied in premixed and pumpable concrete, ready-mix concrete, bulky    concrete, reinforced concrete, self-leveling and self-compacting concrete, etc.
5.    It can be used to make C20-C80 fluidized concrete and high strength concrete     for various projects.

1. Appearance: light brown powder or dark brown aqueous solution.
2. Stable chemical properties. It’s non-toxic, nonflammable and no chloride.
3. High water reducing rate of over 22%.
4. Vertical pumping distance is over 100 meters and horizontal pumping distance exceeds 500 meters at the ambient temperature ranging from 0℃ to 40℃.
5. It controls premature hydration effectively and has distinct retarding effect on initial set by 10 hours.
6. No penetration and segregation, good moisture retention. Improved elasticity modulus, impermeability.
7. Compatible with variety of cement, preferably together with superfine mineral blending materials.

Recommended Mix Design

Direction
1. It can be applied to concrete directly or after being diluted to solution of different  concentrations.
2. In case of use together with expansion agent, an extra 30-second agitation is required.

For Powder: It’s packed in woven bag with plastic liner. Net weight: 25 kg;
For Liquid: It is packed in 1000Liter per IBC Tank.
