Overview

The disassembly and assembly of some large equipment parts in the oil field, such as shaft,bearing, shaft sleeve, shaft coupling, gear, wheel hub, is difficult to be done by general tools, because of the limit of interspace and pressure. In order to meet the needs of disassembly and assembly equipment parts, we especially design and manufacture the vertical hydraulic changer. Its features are simple structure, dependable performance, long working life, wide suitable range and so on. It can reduce labour intensity, improve work efficiency and operating mass.

Structural features

1. Working principle

First put the equipment or parts on the workbench, start up the cylinder.And it will take the equipment or parts to the center of the changer and stabilize it by manipulator. Then start up the master oil cylinder to do the disassembly and assembly work. The parts which are detached fall on the stock panof the underground transporter from the blanking slot hole.

Start the elevator cylinder of the stock pan, make it go down.Start the transporter motor and make the transporter into the location of the outlet. Start the elevator cylinder of the stock pan, and make it raise to the outlet. Take away the detached parts. Start the transporter motor, make it go back to the location of the outlet. And get ready for the next the disassembly work.

2. Structural features

The changer is made up of a upright column (mainframe), a fixed beam, a master cylinder, a walking beam, a workbench, a underground transporter, a punch head(There is only one punch head of one machine. Other specifications should be supported by oneself according to the woriking needs), a travelling cylinder, a elevator cylinder, an oil motor, a hydraulic pumping station, a power distribution cabinet and an electric operation box and so on. There are overtravel-limit switches in the beginning and the ending of travelling parts, avoiding offside. There is a leakage protection for the power distribution cabinet. The electric operation box is controlled by 36V. So that can ensure human safety in work field.
