Overview

The disassembly and assembly of some large equipment parts in the oil field, such as shaft,bearing, shaft sleeve, shaft coupling, gear, wheel hub, is difficult to be done by general tools, because of the limit of  interspace and pressure. In order to meet the needs of disassembly and assembly equipment parts, we especially design and manufacture YLC-900/400 horizontal hydraulic changer. Its features are simple structure, dependable performance, long working life, wide suitable range and so on. It can reduce labour intensity, improve work efficiency and operating mass.

Principle of work and structural feature

1. Working principle

According to the overall dimensions of the equipments or parts, adjust the walking beam and the trolley to location which you want, and put the workpiece into the trolley. Then adjust the location of vernier caliper, so that the claw of vernier caliper can lock the back of workpiece and it can’t back off. Start up the large-volume cylinder and do the disassembly and assembly department. After finishing the work, take away the dismantled parts and the equipment, clear up the work field, and get ready for the next the disassembly or assembly work.

2. Structural features

The changer consists of parts below:

1) Thrust cylinder: It is power source of disassembly and assembly working.

2) Fixed seat, a walking beam base: It is the supporting of a driving hydraulic cylinder and a walking beam.

3) Walking beam: It is the supporting of the vernier caliper and gearing device.

4) Vernier caliper: It can fixthe working location. It is a hand-actuated micromatic setting. The claw can be changed.

5) Walking beam drive system: It can adjust the distance between two walking beams mobile.

6) Automobile: It can bear the workpiece which will be detached, with a hand-actuated micromatic setting.

7) Electric operation box: It is hanged in the air.According to the operation location,it can be adjusted and rotated freely.

8) Hydraulic pump station: It can be use with the changer for 100T,and they can be locked each other.

9) Power distribution cabinet: A power source
