Ceramic Fibre Blanket Discription

Ceramic fiber product is made from high quality Gao-ling clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process. It is asbestos free. No chemical binder is added. Double-side needling provides blanket with great tensile or handing strength for easy installation.

There are four kinds of ceramic fiber products according to the temperature and chemical content. They are STD(1260℃),HP(1260℃),HA(1350℃, high alumina),HZ(1430℃,contain ZrO2).

1) For the blanket, the bulk density will be 64kg/m3, 96 kg/m3, 128 kg/m3, 160 kg/m3.

2) For the paper, the bulk density will be 160-220 kg/m3.

3) For the board, the bulk density will be 240-400kg/m3.

Ceramic fiber blanket, board, cloth and textiles are made from high quality clay, high purity alumina and silica oxides by spun or blown process.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth have a range of products:ordinary type, standard form,high-purity type, high-alumina type and containing zirconium type.Different types of products used  different materials. performance of ceramic fibre insulation blanket also has difference, and they are suitable for different workong temperatures.

Ceramic fibre blanket, board and cloth can be used after optional cutting .When ceramic fibre insulation blanket storage should be paid attention to moistureproof. The high-alumina type and containing zirconium type products can be directly used as furnace lining .And using high-temperature refractory adhesive when stick.

Q: how do you dye yarn?.?
If you are using acrylic yarn, you can't dye itIn fact, most of the synthetics are going to be really hard to dye at allIf it's animal fibre, you can use any acid dyeIf it's plant fibre, you are going to use a fibre reactive dyeThese are not the same, and they don't work on the other fibreIf you use union dyes, you can dye either one of them, but you get some waste of dyes that way tooUnless you know what material your yarn is made from, there is nothing more we can tell youThe directions for each type of dye is available on several web sites.
Q: I have a Bed head straightener and also an Amika(the ones from the Mall)Do either of those have real ceramic plates? Please AnswerI am trying to figure out which one I should use more often because my hair is extremely damaged. Thanks
Investing in a CHI is an oxymoron, they work alright, but just as well as many other brandsBut the CHI has bad wiring, they just stop working for no reason, you cannot take them out of the country and have them work on return, and the plates can snap off, even if you take good care of itIf you are going to save up for anything save up for a GHD, or something that is worth the moneyYes the plates on a BedHead straightener are ceramicIf your hair is damaged the only thing that you need is a thermal styling spray, the iron isn't going to help you.
Q: what could be the highest temperature of universe?
I bougt the Cannondale synapse 5 alloy for my first road bike this year, because it was smoother then some of the more expensive carbon frames I rode and had a more comferable geometryComing from a mountain bike backround i really enjoyed my not hurting aster every crack in the roadI also wanted a minimun of the 105 derailers and shiftersI liked the Scott Speedster also but just went with the smoother of the two my budget was 1000$ with after my 30% discount
Q: My niece has an American Girl doll that she loves, and want to make more outfits/items for herI babysit her alot, and I think it would be great to work on something with herI don't have a working sewing machine now, so I'd like to make little food or accessories(or basic, easy to make furniture)I was going to use modeling clay to make food or somethingAnyone know a website or have ideas what to make? Any way to make furniture or other accessories without lots of machinery? I can sew by hand, and we can bake(clay), paint, glue, cut, etc.So any ideas? Thanks!
The Chi is, by farI've had mine for three years, and it's still going strong!
Q: I have a Victorian Mid Terrace (pre 1900) the gas bill seems highThe walls are solid and the cost of insulating them internally or externally is prohibitive (I cannot get a grant either)So the question is do I add more loft insulation, or shall I look at buying a more efficient boilerI think my boiler is currently rated as category D for efficiency (UK)
I guess the easiest way to some it up is would you carry around a 2000 pounds in a Honda Civic, it might give you a little better gas mileage than a truck but would be working its guts trying to meet the demand put on it so most of the efficiency would be lost and the life span shorten by excessive strain put on itEnergy efficiency starts with insulation and sealing off heat loseSorry but there is no short cutsI love the old houses but in 1890 heating cost weren't an issue, you put on an extra sweater
Q: I am living at my moms house in Schertz TX she has a 2 story house with only 1 AC Unit the downstairs is around 73-76 while the upstairs is around 80 all the time that is way too hot what can I do to cool the upstairs down??
Do you have a furnace?? If so is it in a basement ?? If yes to the above, put the fan on continuous to draw the cool air from the basement, block off the vents on the first floor to force the air upstairsCheck the insulation in the attic, you may need morealternative to all is to get Mom to buy you a a/c unit ( window unit )for the upstairs, keep any doors closed in the rooms you don't use
Q: instead of number five bulky? It appears to be about the same size as the sweater I made with the number five bulky, and the pattern is all basic single crochetI did not realize until I was almost done with the sweaterThe first one I made was with that fancy yarn bumpy baby instead of the regular smooth baby yarn and I didn't like it, so for another gift for somebody else I used the same patternI measured the yarn in the store against the other yarn I used and it seemed the same, but later I realized what it said on the labelI know you should always use the same size yarn but I got confused.
As long as the gauge matches the pattern you are using your sweater should end up being the right sizeThe only difference using a thinner yarn will make is in how thick the fabric is (thinner yarn thinner fabric and more drape).
Q: I need to know because i'm building a model of a passive solar home and I want to know what I should use to keep it insulated and warm.
I would suggest a volumizing shampoo from KMS make sure you when you dry your hair you tip your head upside down with the blow drier for more volume It helps if you tease the roots with a small comb or brush too.
Q: We are having a new house built and thought of adding insulation to interior wallsWill fiberglass insulation be effective? Does the r factor play a great deal in sound reduction?
If she grows a nice thick winter coat and has no known circulatory problems or anything like that she'll probably be better off without the blanketHorses are better equipped to deal with cold weather than we arePlus blanketing her with eleven other horses will probably result in you having a trashed blanket to fix all the time.
Q: Give a homeless person your last $5 even if pay day was 3 days away?
no i need that 5 bucks to put gas in my car to get to work for thoes 3 daysbut i have given my coat away on several occasions, i actually make coats with the intent of giving them awaythey are ankle length fleece thermo fibervery warmdoubles as a blanket now if my gas tank happens to be full then i will give them the 5 bucks tooor 10 i really do not worry too much about money, as long as my bills are paid.
