Applications

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer can be applied in hydraulic, electricity, port, bridge, railway,

Properties

• Excellent water-reducing ability. JF-16 can significantly reduce 15% ~25% mixing water  in concrete with 1.0%~2.0%

  dosage.

  
  

• Early strength, enhance the effect is obvious. Mixed with the product, three days to design strength of 60% to  70%,

  seven days to 100%, 28 days than blank of concrete strength 30-40%

  
  

• Concrete slump and the loss is small, 60 min basic don't loss, 90 min loss 10-20% broad adaptability, workability,

  cohesiveness for cement.

  
  

• Can significantly improve the concrete freezing-thawing resisting, anti-permeability, resistance  to erosion sulfate, and

  improve the other physical properties of concrete

Concrete performance with 2.0% dosage by binder mass

Conclusion: the project is in line with retarding index of “water-reducing admixture” of GB8076-2008.

Packaging, transport and storage

• JF-16 is available in sealed plastic or iron tank. Other special package can also  be available according to prior

• Quality guarantee of JF-16 is two year under normal conditions. If storage has surpassed thetime,  test must be

  done to confirm the validity.
