FAQ

1. Q: Do you have your own factory?

A: Yes, we have. Our factory located in Jiangyin city, jiangsu province.

2. Q: How can I visit your factory?
A: Before you take off from your country, please let us know. We will show you the way,or arrange time to pick you up if possible.
3. Q: Do you provide free sample?
A: Usually we do not offer free sample

4. Q: Could you print our company LOGO on the nameplate and package?

A: Yes, we can do that.

Q: what is a solar panel?
A solar panel is essentially a battery charger that transforms sunlight into an electrical DC (direct current)charge.
Q: I've run out of things to keep me entertained recently and as part of a larger project, I was curious if its possible to 'McGuyver' up a solar panel out of common materials?
Building your own panels can be an interesting experiment, but if you are looking for solar panels to provide significant, consistent output, you should buy factory made ones. I get lots of calls from people who built their own panels and get a fraction of the advertised output from them. Plus, factory built panels will last 40 - 50 years, with a 25 year warranty, how sure are you that you can build something that can withstand the outdoors for that long? The price of panels has dropped a lot this year, plus with rebates and tax credits, it's getting more affordable.
Q: What is the impact of roof material on solar panels' performance?
The impact of roof material on solar panels' performance can be significant. The type of roof material can affect the amount of sunlight that reaches the panels, as some materials may reflect or absorb more sunlight than others. Additionally, certain roof materials may generate more heat, which can lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the solar panels. Choosing the right roof material, such as those with good heat dissipation properties and low reflectivity, can help maximize the performance and output of solar panels.
Q: Can solar panels be used to power a greenhouse?
Yes, solar panels can be used to power a greenhouse. Solar panels produce electricity by converting sunlight into energy, which can then be used to power various devices and systems, including heating, cooling, lighting, and ventilation in a greenhouse. This renewable energy source helps reduce reliance on traditional power sources and can provide a sustainable and cost-effective solution for powering a greenhouse.
Q: I know that the Solar panels store the power from the sun in the daytime, where does that stored energy go from there? Is it stored in the batteries? And how would you keep the batteries topped up if you had no Electric? by a generator? interested in solar panels for abroad, but need more info.
Solar panels do not store power. Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity. To store power you need batteries. The usual type of batteries used are lead-acid deep discharge( similar to car batteries). The batteries are charged up during the time the sun is out. However, as a backup you could also have a generator handy to provide power for times when the sun did not shine enough to keep the batteries charged up.
Q: Can solar panels be installed on a flat roof?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on a flat roof. Flat roofs are actually a popular choice for solar panel installations because they provide an ideal surface for mounting the panels. The panels can be mounted using ballasted systems, which don't require any penetrations into the roof. This makes the installation process easier and minimizes any potential damage to the roof.
Q: Solar Panels not working very well, they have faded. Is there any paint or anything else I can do to restore them? Thanks Eileen
Unfortunately Eileen the panels are bound to fade as its par for the course. Over time much like everything else (from an AC condenser to your knees and hips) everything starts to go south. When did you purchase and install your panels? If this was done within the past few years then something is definitely wrong, and you should have the manufacturer and installer come back and replace the panels....on their dime of course. Is the warranty on your panels still in effect? If so then its definitely something that they have to come back and take care of. There is a company I know of called Sun Electronics that has a 20 year warranty on their products, so if its worth anything you might want to buy your new panels/system from them. The panels around today are more efficient than those of years past, and with the cost coming down due to economies of scale and the tax incentives you might want to consider getting a new system. Sorry to let you down though Eileen!
Q: Can solar panels be used to power a school?
Yes, solar panels can definitely be used to power a school. Solar panels convert sunlight into electricity, which can be used to power various electrical systems within a school, including lighting, heating/cooling systems, computers, and other appliances. By harnessing solar energy, schools can reduce their dependence on traditional sources of electricity and contribute to a more sustainable and eco-friendly environment.
Q: I purchased some small 3.6 v 70mA solar panels online. I have no experience with solar panels. I am confident of the layout of the parallel circuit I want to create, however I don't know how to properly connect the tabs that come from the sides of the panels. Any help on connecting them?

Q: How do solar panels affect the roof's integrity?
Solar panels can have a positive impact on a roof's integrity. By acting as a protective layer, solar panels shield the roof from various weather elements, including harmful UV rays, hail, and debris. Additionally, they can help to extend the lifespan of the roof by reducing exposure to extreme temperatures. However, it is crucial to ensure proper installation by professionals to avoid any potential damage or leaks.
