Introduction of Non-Pressure Solar Water Heater:

Non-pressure Solar Heater is one of the most economical solar water heating device with pretty high efficiency at the same time. It consists of hot water storage tank, solar vacuum tubes with mouth plug in storage tank, and bracket supporting tank and tubes. When cold water in evacuated tubes is heated with solar irradiation, as the specific gravities of hot water and cold water are different, hotter water goes upward to storage tank and colder water goes downward to glass tubes. through this continuous circulation, the cold water in storage tank will be gradually heated till sunset.

Specialty:

1.    High thermal performance and working temperature: the heat exchanging rate even in winter can up above 55%.

2.    Heat collecting efficiency is at least 20% above common solar systems.

3.    Work in all day and all season: no matter any corner of the world, this system can work well even -40 to avoid the tube freezing problem.

4.    Reliability: No water following through the tube, so water scale can not generate and tube cracks could be avoided, the system still can keep working even with some damaged tubes.

5.    It can connect with water tap and work automatically with pressure0.6Mpa, bring enjoyable washing experience.

6.    Safety: P/T valve would release pressure and temperature to protect tank..

Q:What is the difference between a passive and active solar water heater system?
A passive solar water heater system relies on natural convection and gravity to circulate water, whereas an active solar water heater system uses pumps and controls to circulate water.
Q:Can a solar water heater be installed by a homeowner or does it require professional installation?
A solar water heater can be installed by a homeowner, but it is generally recommended to have professional installation. While the basic installation process of a solar water heater is not overly complex, it still involves dealing with plumbing, electrical connections, and potentially structural modifications. By having a professional install the solar water heater, you can ensure that it is done correctly and according to local building codes and regulations. Additionally, professionals have the knowledge and experience to determine the best location for installation and to make any necessary adjustments or repairs. This will ultimately result in a more efficient and effective solar water heating system. However, if you have a good understanding of plumbing and electrical work, and feel confident in your abilities, you may choose to install a solar water heater yourself. In this case, it is important to thoroughly research and follow the manufacturer's instructions, as well as consult with local authorities to ensure compliance with any necessary permits or regulations.
Q:Can a solar water heater be used in areas with high levels of air pollution from factories?
Yes, a solar water heater can still be used in areas with high levels of air pollution from factories. Air pollution may slightly affect the efficiency of the solar water heater, but it should still be able to function and provide hot water. However, regular maintenance and cleaning of the solar panels may be required to ensure optimal performance in such polluted environments.
Q:Can a solar water heater be used in areas with limited access to skilled technicians?
Yes, a solar water heater can be used in areas with limited access to skilled technicians. Solar water heaters are relatively simple and straightforward systems that can be installed and maintained with basic technical knowledge. They do not require complex equipment or advanced skills for operation. Additionally, manufacturers often provide detailed installation instructions and customer support, making it easier for individuals in remote or underserved areas to set up and maintain solar water heaters independently.
Q:Because I saw a newspaper saying: a person, because the solar water heater has been open, causing the explosion...I'm worried, so I want to askBecause my family opened more than a year, there is a plastic pipe opened a hole, so I was afraid
Can always open, it is recommended to install thermostatic deviceWhat's more, your solar energy has hot water every day? Can you use it?
Q:Can a solar water heater be used in areas with high levels of air pollution from traffic?
Yes, a solar water heater can still be used in areas with high levels of air pollution from traffic. While air pollution can potentially reduce the efficiency of the solar panels by blocking some sunlight, it does not render the system completely ineffective. Solar water heaters can still generate heat from the remaining sunlight and function well enough to provide hot water, although their performance may be slightly compromised.
Q:Solar water heater 15 tube broken, where to sell, the price is much
Looking for the original purchase, because the water tank needs to be matched to the specifications, such as spacing, hole spacing, etc.!
Q:Can a solar water heater be used for heating swimming pools?
Yes, a solar water heater can be used for heating swimming pools. Solar water heaters use sunlight to heat water, and this heated water can be circulated through the swimming pool to increase its temperature. It is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly method of heating pools.
Q:What are the safety precautions to consider when installing a solar water heater?
When installing a solar water heater, there are several safety precautions to consider: 1. Electrical Safety: Ensure that all electrical connections are properly insulated and grounded to prevent electrical shocks. Use a licensed electrician for the installation and follow local electrical codes. 2. Structural Integrity: Make sure the roof or area where the solar water heater is installed can safely support the weight of the system. Reinforce the structure if necessary to avoid any accidents or damage. 3. Hot Water Scalding: Install a temperature and pressure relief valve to avoid overheating and pressure build-up, which can lead to scalding injuries or damage to the system. Additionally, consider installing anti-scald devices on faucets and showerheads. 4. Proper Ventilation: If the solar water heater uses a gas or fuel-powered backup system, ensure proper ventilation to prevent the buildup of harmful gases such as carbon monoxide. Follow manufacturer's guidelines for ventilation requirements. 5. Freeze Protection: If you live in an area prone to freezing temperatures, install freeze protection measures like insulation or antifreeze solutions to prevent water or system damage during cold weather. 6. Adequate Space: Allow sufficient space around the solar water heater for easy access during installation, maintenance, and repairs. This will ensure safe handling and prevent accidents. 7. Compliance with Local Codes: Adhere to all local building codes and regulations for solar water heater installations. Obtain any required permits and inspections to ensure compliance and safety. Remember, if you're unsure about any aspect of the installation process, it's always best to consult a professional solar water heater installer to ensure proper safety measures are taken.
Q:Can a solar water heater be used in conjunction with a swimming pool?
Yes, a solar water heater can be used in conjunction with a swimming pool. Solar water heaters use energy from the sun to heat water, and this heated water can be pumped into a swimming pool to increase its temperature. It is an eco-friendly and cost-effective way to heat pool water, reducing the reliance on traditional heating methods.
