a. Description: 
1.Tolerance Range, Length Tolerance ±1mm, Width Tolerance±0.5, Height Tolerance ±0.5 
2. To increase its bonding strength by going through special technology process on the surface of the beam.

b. Function: It is bonded between work piece panel and silicon ingot with silica gel. In wire cutting, steel wire cuts into the resin beam and ensures silicon ingot is cut through.

Slicing Process

When wire slicing material, the wire actually does not perform the cutting.  An abrasive like silicon carbide or diamond is added to oil or PEG to make an abrasive slurry.  This slurry is sprayed on the wire as it moves through the material being sliced. It is the abrasive in the slurry that does all the work.  Choice of abrasive, carrier vehicle, and wire diameter are dictated by the material to be cut.

And Runde slicing beam can reduce the chipping,sequins,silicon fall and other flaw during the slicing process and impove the final product by 2%.
