Pva can dissolve together with other materials,such as starch,gum,synthetic resin,cellulose series,etc and the solution keep good stability.

Pva resin and pva film is resistant to oil,lubricant,organic solvent.PH value for pva solution is 

5-7 at room temperature. the viscosity is stable and don’t be affected by weak acid,weak base or organic solvent.

Pva owns the chemical properities of esterization,etherification and acetalation for long chain alcohol.

Fiber procession

Pva can be made into pva fiber through wet spinning,heat treatment and crimping-oiling in water,which own superior physical properities and chemical stability.

Textile sizing

Pva can be used as texitel sizing and warp sizing widely.it is easy to make pva sizing agent and this agnet has good adhesion to cotton,line,polyester,vinylone and viscose fiber.

Adhesion

Pva solution has very good adhesion to cellulose and the solution is very stable.it is widely used in printing and paper processing to replace starch,sodium silicate or use together.pva can be used as remoisture adhesive in stamp,label and packing industry due to good water solubility.urea folmaline resin with pva can be used as the adhesion of polywood due to good adhesion,water resistance and quick solidity.

Construction paint
