1,  POLYCARBOXYLATE SUPERPLASTICIZER  Usage Instruction:

A), PCE is a safe and environmental friendly high efficiency superplasticizerfeaturing low blend dosage, high water reduction rate and fine cementadaptability without any influence upon the environment.

2, PCE Application Scope and Method:

A), PCE mixed with concretes above C45 will result in a more comprehensive and economical effect. PCE can also be applied in C45 below.


B), PCE is applicable for ordinary concrete, high-strength and high performanceconcrete, and special concrete (anti-permeability, waterproof, crack resistance,anti-erosion, wear resistance etc.) preparation etc. for its high water reductionrate, good plasticity retention and strengthening effect.


C), The blend dosage range of PCE is 0.20~0.80% (solution) of the weight ofcements or gel material. The regular blend dosage is 0.40~0.70% (solution).Since water reduction rate of concrete mixed with PCE is relatively high, theconcrete slump is sensitive to water content, which shall be strictly controlledduring operation.

 

D), PCE can be directly added into mixing water or the wet concrete alreadymixed with mixing water. It is not recommended to add (PCE) into dry concretemixture. Separate batcher and feeding tube are needed.

 

E), Adaptability of PCE to most cements are satisfactory, but to some cements,problems such as low water reduction rate, highslump loss may appear.Besides, the fineness and storage time of cement may also influence theapplication effect of sincerely brand TF8101. In this situation, solutions may be applied such asappropriately increase the dosage or formulate other retarding components, etc.

 

F), Compatibility problem exists in the formulation of sincerely brand TF8101 and othersuperplasticizers. It is recommended that the necessary formulation experimentshall be conducted before application, so as to obtain the best effect.

 

G), With the application of TF8101, air content of concrete is increased (usuallyby 3~5%). It is good for improving the workability and durability of concrete.Certain amount of defoamer may be added if the air content needs to bereduced.

 

H), TF8101is high-performance superplasticizer (Standard) liquid masterbatch. Both separation and formulation can be used. But it can not be formulated with Naphthalene Sulfonate (Sodium/Calcium). When the product is formulated, our company can offer relevant technical support in accordance with customers using condition.


3, Packing, transportation and storage:

A), TF8101 plastic drums are used for airtight packing to prevent leakage or evaporation. Tank car may be used for bulk packing in transportation.

B), It can be stored for 6 months under the temperature of 5~40°C if the original packing is not removed. In particular situations when solution becomes turbid, it can be used again if the testing results fall within the established range after the expiration date.
