Q: I'm in need of building a new computer and was wondering should I wait for the new Bulldozer CPU's or build an APU?: The AMD APU's are a joke... You're better off with a Phenom II 955 and a dedicated card like the 6770. The A8-3850 has the same computing power as the Phenom II X4 925. The APU's are overpriced, have no power. AMD already released some benchmarks showing the FX-8120 can beat an i7-990x in gaming using a Radeon graphics setup. Also, the FX-8120 beat an unnamed Core i5 at handbrake by a sound margin. There are some flaws in the benchmarks on AMD's part. On Intel's part, you can see the fear with the upcoming release of the i7-2700K, the other poster named Josh did a good job of pointing this out. AMD has already said in the past that it's not worried about competeing with the Core i5. They're more worried about the Core i7-2000 series. I would wait for Bulldozer. In fact, I would wait until the turn of the year if at all possible. The Radeon 7000 series is a few months away.

Sorry if I'm being judgmental... But if you're already into these hardcore supplements, try Jack3d. Guaranteed the best pre-workout out there and it won't make you crash like 1.m.r. And I would highly recommend that you cycle off your pre-workout supplements. Don't take it more than 2 months and take a few weeks off in between. Otherwise you'll fry your central nervous system. Also, I know these supplements give you lots of energy (as they initiate a fight or flight response in your body), but as a female your body doesn't produce enough testosterone or growth hormones to recover quickly. Make sure to get enough rest and keep your workouts relatively short but intense. As for intra workout, water is your best friend. Stay hydrated and that's all you need. After your workout have a whey protein shake and a banana or 1% chocolate milk. It will help your muscles recover much faster.

BTW, I currently use a Q9650 in one of my rigs and a Q8400 in the other.: if your gonna be using programs that take advantage of multiple cores than speed is of lesser importance and the 1055 or 1090 should be fine - good multi-tasking cpu's. The 980 is the fastest, most efficient processor you can buy, but alot of animators are doing just fine on cpu's like the 860 or less. i like the the 1055t as you cannot beat it for the price - you may be more interested in a ram upgrade witht the extra dough you save - depending on how much you have now.

Q: Forklifts use more? Or are bulldozers used more?: Forklift is certainly more use, general forklift monthly rent at around 30000, bulldozers monthly rent of about 20000. Forklift general push soil, transfer goods, cleaning roads, loading and unloading functions are good. Bulldozers are suitable for large earthwork leveling operations.

Q: Ok, so I purchased Bulldozer XL5000 after reading reviews and making research on the ingredients. Should I take 1 scoop before as pre and 1 scoop during as intra? I am not sure of the value of Intra workout, but it makes sense. Am just not sure of the dosing. I tried 1 scoop as pre with amazing results, but since it is an Intra workout does it mean I also can take during working out or will that be too much.: You have to play with the dosage to find what works. This will depend on your weight and tolerance level, for pre always start with 1 scoop and up it if you desire to 1.5 scoops 30-45 minutes before the gym. For Intra workout, just mix 1 scoop with dextrose or Gatorade or just water and consume during your workout and just sip on it until you finish the last portion after your final set. Studies have shown that there are benefits of taking creatine as pre and intra/post. This will ensure that you are getting your BCAAs and Glutamine to feed your muscle throughout your workout session. As you progress, and if you are on a calorie strict diet then I would recommended adding 5 grams of Glutamine and 5-10 grams of BCAA with the mix for your Intra-Workout
