1. WD-P6305G microprocessor controlled (high temperature) electronic universal testing machine can be used for the mechanical performance testing and analysis and researches of metallic, non-metallic and composite materials, as well as tensile, compression, bending, tearing, shearing and peeling testing of various insulating materials. It is widely applied to aerospace, petrochemical, machine manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, electric wire, textile fiber, plastics & rubber, ceramic building materials, food, pharmaceutical packaging, metallic materials and products and other industries.
2. This machine adopts a computer for control, acquisition, analysis and processing of test data, drawing of stress-strain, force-time, stress-displacement curves, and it can print test reports; this machine adopts the latest control technology, and through AC digital controller, it controls the servo motor to drive the reducer and enables two pairs of high-precision screw rods to move the testing bench, and the testing bench can run at the speed of 0.001~250mm/min. When the high-precision spoke-type sensor is used on the force measuring source, its precision can reach 0.5%, with high sensitivity, and the whole system can reach the precision of Grade 0.5; it is equipped with a commercial computer of leading brand as controlling machine, for setting of test parameters, controlling of working conditions, data collection, processing and analysis, display and printing of test results; the measuring control system is configured with the SMART TEST control system.

High temperature furnace testing device (room temperature-1100℃)

A Introduction

The high temperature testing electric furnace adopts the cylinder split-type structure and three-step control, and it is composed of testing electric furnace, temperature controller, high temperature pull rod, high temperature chuck, high temperature extensometer (optional) and support cart. The temperature controller adopts the PID fuzzy control mode, with small test temperature overshoot and high control accuracy, and it is an experimental device for performance materials of colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and factory and mine material research units.

It can be freely combined with the host according to the requirements of operating environment, and it can complete the high-temperature tension tests of various metals and nonmetals and reach the using requirements of various special sectors, and the high temperature furnace can be moved away in the case of normal temperature tests; it can fully satisfy the strength test of round bar samples, rectangular samples and tubular samples at special environment temperatures in GB/T/T4388—2006,HB5195—1996.
B Main performance feature

1. The high temperature furnace adopts the simple split-type structure, electric resistance wire heating, and it realizes temperature control accuracy by controlling the output power percentage.

2. The temperature controller adopts the most advanced control mode, and the temperature has no overshoot during the whole test process and the fluctuation is small; specifically, it adopts the three-stage three-loop, silicon-controlled phase-shifted and zero-crossing trigger, combined with PID for the overall control of testing electric furnace.

3. The high temperature furnace device is equipped with a movable support, and when being used, the high temperature furnace can be pushed into the test space, and in the case of normal temperature test, the high temperature furnace can be moved away.

4. The deformation of samples is measured by a two-way extensometer.
