GYW series hydraulic steel bar bending testing machine applies to the bending test of hot rolled ribbed steel bar for building, complies with GB/T 232-1999 Metallic Materials – Bend Test Method, and tests the bending resistance performance of raw materials of hot rolled ribbed steel bar and points of weld. It is equipment commonly used by metallurgic industry, scientific research institutes, quality inspection departments and relevant enterprises for material performance tests and researches.
1. The whole machine is of horizontal structure, and the hydraulic station is integrated with the host, and it is mainly composed of supporting roller, bending compression roller, main oil cylinder, hydraulic station, base and electrical control system;
2. The bending compression roller turns the bidirectional screw via the hand wheel, realizing synchronous advancing, so as to adjust the rolling distance, with convenient and high-efficiency operation.
