LD model electric single girder crane is a crane for general use. It is used in machinery manufacture, assembly, warehouse and other places. It is a kind of light and small crane with track operation. And LD model electric single girder crane is matched with CD and MD model electric hoist, the lifting capacity is 1t-20t, the span is 7.5-28.5m, the working class is A3-A4, and the working environment temperature is -25℃-40℃. Not suitable for explosive, fire hazards, relative temperature greater than 85% and corrosive gases filled place. Function

LD model electric single girder crane is installed on the both sides of crane beam in plant where is the crane can be transversely driven on the track laid, and make the trolley runs along the trolley track. The hook is matched with CD1 (or MD1) electric hoist, so as to complete the lifting, translating and other operations for heavy objects.

Characteristic

LD model electric single girder crane has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small load for plant, low building height and low power consumption. The main beam and the end beam are bolted, it makes assemble, transport and store easily. The crane is easy to supply with spare parts, small wheel pressure and good manufacturability, suitable for automatic welding and line production, makes the installation more fast, maintenance more convenient. Less lifting capacity is the weakness of LD model electric single girder crane.

Composition

1. Electric hoist

   The electric hoist is used for lifting objects and lifting along the spanning direction. Electric hoist installed with two squirrel cage motors, one belongs to hoisting mechanism, the other belongs to operation mechanism. It is also equipped with four tapered wheels, and through those wheels the electric hoist can be hung on the lower wing of I-beam.

2. Metal mechanism bridge frame.

   Bridge frame of LD model electric single girder crane including main beam and end beam, the main beam is composed of U shaped channel steel and I-beam, the end beam is made of U shaped channel steel. All the metal mechanism bridge frames of the LD model electric single girder crane are welded connection.

3. Crane travelling mechanism

   The traveling mechanism of the crane is driven directly by the driving device to run the wheel (driving wheel), the driving device is composed of motor and speed reducer, the brake controls the motor through the electrical part.

4. Electric control system

   Operation of LD electric single beam cranes in two different ways, control room handling and ground handling. The end of the bridge frame is equipped with a control room if need to operate, in the control room is provided with control cabinet, control box, controller for crane driving motor and control button of electric hoist. Using button control and operation if handling ground.

   The electric conduction device what mounted at the end of the bridge frame to inject electric current into the crane. Limited switch is set at both side of the end beam of the crane. Electric hoist is equipped with lifting height limiter. When the limited switch is switched off, then the current is cut off, when the power is switched on again, the mechanism can only turn in the negative direction.

Operating requirements

1. Turn on the power supply without load, switch it on and check all operating mechanisms. Control systems and safety devices should be flexible, accurate, safe and reliable to use.

2. A crane with driver's cab must have professional person to drive, other people are strictly prohibited.

3. Operation in the ground control of the beam, electric hoist and other cranes must be assigned professional person response, and have to implement the driver's operating instructions.

4. The safety techniques of crane for new installation, modify, capital repair and self restraint must comply the regulation of ‘special equipment safety supervision regulations’.

5. Crane should be checked regularly, safety device must be complete and reliable, when failure is found, must be adopted some efficient measures and not allowed to be used.

6. Cranes operation must strictly comply with the operating regulations, prohibit lifting flammable, explosive, overloaded items.

7. Not allowed to hoist the same items by two cranes Except in particular cases (only allowed to operate same tonnage cranes), reliable safety measures should be adopted and professional personnel should be on site to direct their working.
