Description
Solvent-free, one-component primary sealant.
1. Fog-free, unsulfurized, permanent plastic primary sealant based on polyisobutyl for insulating glass.
2. With very low water vapour and gas permeability for interior sealing of insulating glass units.
3. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy and galvanized or stainless steel. It could form an excellent humid proof system with elastic sealant.
4. Good ageing resistance.

Where to use
DJ801 is mainly used for insulating glass together with RT-7500 two-part silicone sealant for insulating glass to finish two layer seal.
Application
Clean and dry adhesion surface to get rid of dirty, oily things. DJ801 is applied by special hot-melt butyl extrusion machine. The extrusion condition could be satisfied through temperature and pressure adjustment, for example temperature could be adjusted over the range of 100°C~130°C. The environment temperature should not be lower than 10°C in application.
