This machine comprises table gear strip case, saw car, pipe clamping , speed testing , hydraulic system, pneumatic system ,driven system , electrical system ,lift roller stand.

Main functions:

   This machine has two cones: one is on-line; the other one is on preparative position. They are double expansion and contract cantilever mandrels that can circumrotate 180°, which consists of bottom seat, rotary support, pneumatic brake and electric control system. It contains hydraulic station and gyroidal motor. When uncoiling, cone inserts into inner core to keep coiler on the arm, then circumrotate arm to put strip end into shear and welder. The brake supplies enough damping in order to prevent uncoiling.
