Some users cut the fingertips of the glove to get a glove protecting only the palm and the phalanges, especially when they use impact tools. However, one must avoid doing so with vibrating tools, because the protection would not be as effective

Q: get out of silent mode / reset car alarm?
I don't think it would be reflective. Metals are reflective because outer shell electrons dissociate from individual atoms and form a cloud. Electrons interact with photons, causing the reflection. As there are no electrons in neutronium, I suspect it would be dark.
Q: I really like the drop deck because i know its good for cruising and going down hills such as the landychratz but heres my issue. I am really worried at how easy it is to stop the drop decks and what would happen for instance if i went really fast over a speed bump when i skate i just lift up the front and kinda launch but i dont see how that is possible with a drop deck please any suggestions advice would be awesome
The term scientific equipment is pretty vague. I run a lab, and we have a lot of equipment that is strictly for scientific use but we also have a lot of everyday items repurposed for use in the lab, and some things (like an industrial hydraulic press) that you wouldn't usually think of as being science-related. Gloves, goggles, masks, and labcoats would be PPE - Personal Protective Equipment. Since wearing PPE that is appropriate for whatever you're doing in the lab is extremely important, I'd call it a category of scientific equipment.
Q: In November, I bought my first horse. She is 16 years old and a purebred Polish Arabian. I am currently riding her in a copper dee snaffle, but she seems to be getting numb with it. It is not me, because i am not a handsy rider. She actually came from an animal hoarder and i bought her (secretly with out aspca) for one dollar. She was origanly trained to be a trail horse, until she got traded and got put in a mud pit. But back the the point, i have also riden her in a copper roller dee snaffle too, but she doesnt like it. It also seems like she is getting heavy and leaning on the bit. I REALLY want her to frame up and get onto the bit as well. PLEASE HELP ME. She gets bit rubs from full cheek snaffles in the corners of her mouth. I have not tried a loose ring on her. I ride english and i will be showing her in hunter/eq and i do crazy trail riding, cross country, and hunter paces. let me know what you think, i also have a youtube channel:
You are very safe inside your house. There are a few areas of caution where its not likely that you will be struck but still good to err on the side of caution (bathtub, toilet water/sinks, and telephone). Lightning can strike the pipes which can be dangerous (although not necessarily deadly) or lightning can strike phone lines and you can severely damage your hearing. Its also good to minimize electric use (computers, tv, etc) during storms so that nothing gets damaged. Some houses have lightning rods but some don't (mine growing up didn't) I have heard of a woman who was washing dishes when her house was struck. She was touching the inside of her sink I believe and she got a bit of a buzz and was a bit dizzy but not hurt. Overall though, not much to worry about. You are safe, lightning strikes don't hit houses often. I lived at a camp near the Chesapeake in a little cabin near water with nasty storms, no lightning rods, and I never got struck lol. You are very safe in a car during storms as long as the doors/windows are closed. The reason is that you are surrounded by metal so if the car is struck, the lightning/current will go around the car not in it (just don't touch any parts of the car when getting out)
Q: Seniors, what do a pound pooch and Jack Bauer have in common?
Definatliy flirting but if i were you id flirt back and get really close friend before getting serious
Q: So I need a new fishing rod because my old one is crappy. Its a berkely lightning rod and since fishing is basically my favorite thing to do overall, and I new st croix are the nicest rods out there, I thought why not get one? But they are so expensive!! So can anyone tell me if it is really worth putting 100 dollars or even more money down on a st croix? and if it isnt worth it, please tell me what other rod is a good alternative.
There are no inside trunk release on all of the E36 cars. You can only lock/unlock the trunk using the central locking system; that's it. No idea what that toggle switch does, perhaps it's the hidden switch to the alarm system.
Q: Long story short:We have 2 bedrooms, eat in kitchen and a living room. We have only 1 smoke detector currently working at the end of the living room/hallway leaving out of the apartment. 2 rooms are missing a fire detector (each). We recently had an incident where the entire spiral area of the building outside of the apartments had filled up with heavily gassed smell. It literally reeked of gas.I was thinking of adding a few carbon monoxide detectors too, what do you think?I have no choice but to live in this building for at least another 1.5 - 2 years. I have absolutely nowhere else to go. PLEASE offer some advice, should I call 311 and have the state check this out? Can anyone offer a step by step procedure? Walk me through it and I'll do it.As a final note, the 1 broken smoke detector in the apartment has been PROMISED to be fixed for a full year now. We had a broken window that the landlord promised to fix and it took a year also. The landlord is a useless piece of $h!t.Thanks in advance.
In the first place, we aren't the YAMMERS as referred. We are just contributors of Yahoo! Answers Malaysia, which logically kind the phrase YAM. To be a member, you're logically known as YAMmer (agree?) So, that explains why we aren't poor losers. We're just winners in each case. Supply me three loud cheers!!! _
Q: Please explain this theory.. I dnt gt itthanks
What they don't tell you is to replace the smoke detector, these things are not made to last for years, instead replace them yearly, they are cheap, at least the ones around here are.
Q: I need to hire a plumber to replace the leak part with a torch? Plumbers here charge 85.00 an hour which I can't afford.
i suppose that you would be safe from getting dangerous chemicals in your eyes and skin. and preventing chemicals from mixing with each other and possibly creating a deadly reaction

Q: Gardenersnet recommends warming the bottoms of the seedling cupswould a heating blanket, on the lowest setting, be too hot? I don't want to cook my poor plants!
More importantly, can a black hole swallow another black hole? How many licks does it take to get to the chewy center of a Tootsie Pop? The world may never know!
