How to use

Since raw materials vary greatly at different places, it is not recommended to use the following formula directly for production.

Mixing ratio change proposals under the condition of using CSA-1 multifunctional cement reducing agent(taking C30 for instance)

Proposal 1: -30kg cement; +1%sand ratio; -5kg water; +0.1% admixture (maintain basic formula’s strength and improve working performance)

Proposal 2: -20kg cement;-10% flyash; -10kg water; +0.1% admixture (maintain working performance, increase strenth)

The above proposals are for reference only. Change them according to applicable national standards in actual application. Add CSA-1 multifunctional cement reducing agent at the time of trial proportioning or trial production of concrete. It is recommended to use sand with a fineness modulus more than 2.8. In this way, the concrete synergist can improve concrete’s working performance to a larger extent.

Dosage

CSA-1 multifunctional cement reducing agent(concrete synergist) is neither a water reducing agent nor a retarder, entraining agent, early strength agent. However, it is compatible with the above concrete additives.

As CSA-1 is used together with water reducing agent, usually its dosage is 0.6-0.8% of cementing materials.

Packaging

It is packed in Flexitank in 20ft container, 220kg Galvanized plastic drums or 1000Liter per IBC Tank, Other special package can also be available according to prior consultation.
