[Product name]HS-801A Ultra Fine & Super White Calcined Kaolin
[Character and Performance]
HS-801A calcined kaolin giving very high opacity, high whiteness, fine particle, good dispersion, little residue on 325 mesh sieve,Super whiteness, good light dispersion ,fluidity and chemical stability, dont react with other solvents, good floatability against sedimentation. HS-801A is a very effective opacifying extender in , partially replacing TiO2, reducing the overall cost of paint formulations but maintaining paint film quality. It can improve the properties of paints such as scrub resistance, abrasion endurance, ageing resistance and stability during storage. It is especially necessary in making the paints of low VOC and high solid content.
It is similar to Satintone W.
[Application]
Widely used in high-quality paints such as emulsion paint, powder coating, oily paint, etc.

- Q: There is a kind of kaolin powder used for making cables. It does not sink in water. It does not damp with a stick. It wants to know what is added in it
- The modification of kaolin for cable has special requirement, and the general modification method is not up to standard.
- Q: What are the difficulties in kaolin beneficiation?
- Kaolin is too fine to be chosen, and mineral size is the difficulty of mineral processing
- Q: In the paint, paint, ink, imported washed kaolin can replace part of titanium dioxide?
- Can replace part of titanium dioxide, specifically the imported kaolin is high mesh products, and close to the fineness of titanium dioxide. Can help disperse titanium dioxide. In actual use, no wet zhegaili, easily dispersed, can be used as a physical fitness pigment, reduce the cost.
- Q: Kaolin calcining temperature
- Clay can be divided into hard clay (hard clay) and soft clay (soft clay). The hard clay particles with smaller particle size, below 2 m accounted for 87-92%, its good reinforcing effect, soft clay, coarse particle size below 2 m accounted for 50%, more than 5 m about 25-30%, the reinforcing.Hard clay and not only for the poor classification on the mineralogy, the rubber with have different differences, especially the influence on the synthesis of the more obvious natural rubber.
- Q: What is kaolin?
- 1. brightness and brightnessWhiteness is one of the main parameters of kaolin's technological properties. Kaolin with high purity is white. For ceramic raw materials, the whiteness is more important after calcination. The higher the whiteness of calcination, the better the quality
- Q: This is a stone dug with kaolin. Does anyone know what it is?
- Kaolin is by weathered granite and granite residual weathering, these residues, can be seen as granite in bones. A small hard rock in a granitic body that is hard to weathered.
- Q: The difference in structure between graphite, talc and kaolin
- Kaolin is a nonmetallic mineral, a kind of clay and clay rock mainly composed of kaolinite group clay minerals. Because of the white and delicate, also known as "white cloud soil.".
- Q: What kind of pottery does kaolin need?
- To see the production of the product is the grade, senior tableware to senior kaolin, sanitary ware, building materials and ceramic products with low-grade kaolin on the line, in fact, ceramic raw materials, in addition to feldspar and quartz and other raw materials are more or less containing kaolin ingredients, so not to say only a kaolin ceramic material
- Q: What is the difference between diatom mud and kaolin?
- Kaolin is a nonmetallic mineral, a kind of clay and clay rock mainly composed of kaolinite group clay minerals.
- Q: What's the difference between kaolin and clay?
- Kaolin is mainly composed of less than 2 microns of small flaky, tubular, laminated and other kaolinite cluster mineralsKaolinite minerals: cluster by kaolinite, dickite, nacrite, halloysite etc., chemical formula and ideal for AL2O3-2SiO2-2H2O, the main mineral is kaolinite kaolinite and kaolinite mineral water, in addition to the cluster, and montmorillonite, illite, Ye Lashi, quartz and feldspar and other minerals associated with the chemical constituents in the kaolin. Contains a large number of AL2O3, SiO2 and a small amount of Fe2O3, TiO2, Na2O, K2O and trace amounts of CaO and MgO.
