1. Benefits and Application

The GB-CK series of Kaolin based pigments are produced through delamination,

calcination and classification. The well-controlled processes ensure the GB series have no coarse particles and maintains an absolute minimum of 325 mesh residue, so the end user can achieve a high Hegman grind. The GB series pigments also have high brightness, strong hiding powder and superior dispersibility, and it is widely applied in latex paint, powder coating and electrophoresis coating.
Its main benefits are:

 It’s the best extender of titanium dioxide with excellent opacity that can
   improve efficiency and cut costs by partly replacing titanium dioxide;
It can easily disperse in water based systems;
It offers superfine particle and with excellent anti-settling property; It is inert to most acids and
   alkaline at ambient temperature and offers good anticorrosive capabilities.

Q: What are the requirements for kaolin as refractory material, such as how much aluminum is needed?
Kaolin aluminum content does not have to be too high, more than 38% on the line, viscosity is to consider, the best sticky point, so as not to add extra bentonite. Fire resistance of more than 1400 degrees enough
Q: What does wet sieving of kaolin vibrating screen mean?
The kaolin has easy dispersion characteristics suspended in water, so the screening process of vibration sieve for kaolin wet sieving, the kaolin ore micron or less units made of mud particles, and adding dispersant, the minerals in the water dissociation, such kaolin in stone and high impurity minerals will be divided into small, medium and roughly three different levels, and through the screening level effect of vibration sieve, the pure kaolin mine screening out.
Q: Is the kaolin used in Longquan celadon?
The traditional firing technique of Longquan celadon is the only intangible cultural heritage of ceramics, and it has passed the protection of origin in 2003. Only in Longquan, Longquan local raw materials, the use of traditional Longquan celadon firing skills, fired celadon, is the real Longquan celadon. From the Longquan mountains and rivers, materials and technology, are not authentic Longquan celadon.
Q: This is a stone dug with kaolin. Does anyone know what it is?
Kaolin is by weathered granite and granite residual weathering, these residues, can be seen as granite in bones. A small hard rock in a granitic body that is hard to weathered.
Q: How can kaolin be removed from iron?
Except for iron, some of them are added with insurance powder, but they are very polluted to the environment, and they may not be used in the future. They may be banned later4, in addition to biological and magnetic in Tiefa Tiefa currently in the research stage, is not very mature.
Q: What is the difference between diatom mud and kaolin?
Diatom mud is the diatom after the death of the diatom plants in the sea. The diatom formed by the precipitation of the corpse for thousands of years. It forms diatomite after the diatom ore is purified, and the diatom mud can be formed on the upper wall after processing according to the formula proportion.
Q: What's the difference between Ye Lashi and kaolin?
The main components of both are Si and Al compounds. The main difference is that the content of the main components is different. The content of Si and Al of kaolin is close to that of kaolin, and the amount of burning of kaolin is relatively large;
Q: High silica can be converted into kaolin? Add or remove some of the substances, specific operations! Thank you
High silica containing SiO2 pure natural particulate quartz powder. It is brittle, without plasticity, powder is not hydrophilic, acid resistance is strong, differential thermal analysis has typical quartz differential thermal curve, the refractoriness is 1750~1832 degrees.. More than 90% silicon dioxide, a small amount of ferric oxide, three small two aluminum oxide.
Q: How to identify kaolin?
Kaolin can soluble in water but not completely dissolved, hands have smoothness, without kaolin with high moisture content and acid, usually bluish white rice and white
Q: How are laterite and kaolin weathering crusts formed respectively?
Humidity is relatively large, precipitation is relatively large environment, easy to do so, mainly in the equator and nearby areasThe area is high humidity, precipitation, and so the soil organic matter and +1, -1 ions, as well as easy to drain ingredients are leached by water, bring out the ecosystem, and the rest are mainly strong oxidation of iron, magnesium and other oxides
